Convenient for tourists in term of location for public transport, food and shopping, coin laundry, dining area with free beverage & snacks.

Centralised air con. Quite cold during winter stay.

The location was great! And the staff were super friendly and nice. So many options in Taipei but this place really exceeded my expectations! Great price and really overall great experience.

No stable supply of hot water at night.

The hotel is located in an old commercial building sharing floors with multiple businesses. The air quality inside is bad and furnitures are dusty. The bathroom is old with mold visible on the edge of the sink and bathtub.

Didnt provide amenities like slipppers etcDidnt fix the bed just emptied the trash and changed towels. Not sure of this was mentioned at the start of the booking. Got the notice when the booking was confirmed.

Room is big and comfortable, the staffs are polite and helpful. The location is very excellent that you can reach any place by train, subway, car, taxi. The substation is in walking distance, the price is good.

Definitely not a three star hotel.Leaking shower doors, extremely basic furniture with screwed drawers. No room service.

Conveniently located near Ximending but still slightly away from the noise and bustle. Had quadruple rooms to accommodate my family at a decent price. Provided free drinks and snacks. Service was great and patient.

Room was dated and dark. Difficult to control the aircon temperature so we turned it off. Should at least provide hand soap.

Location was great. Surprisingly our room was so tucked into the interior of the building that we didn’t hear much outside noise.Water pressure was great. And the space of the room was quite spacious.The entrance to the hotel was a little challenging to find even with the GPS. When we did we were greeted pleasantly. They even had pages of information available in English which was very convenient. They also had a free foot bath service available that you can reserve! It was nice!

However, we could hear all the neighbors from the other rooms. We even had to tell them to be quiet a couple times. They were apologetic but we could certainly hear doors opening and closing. The room floor was not as clean as expected. We were given two full size beds but they seemed so small we ended up sleeping separately.

The location is conveniently located near the metro.

They don’t offer daily cleaning service. Specially for extended stay travelers, this will be good. Going back from a long trip to clean and neat room and changed sheets

Convenient location for attractions and transport. Many shops and food outlets nearby. The staff is very helpful.

Being in an older building with shared air-conditioning system, the air quality is not great. However the windows are openable, though the air quality may not be better due to the traffic outside.

The hotel provided great service for tourists on best places to go for different food and delivery service for takeout. Staff all super helpful and knowledgeable. Bedding warm and soft. Free foot spa. Best location next to shopping district. Awesome value.

We took one hour to look for the hotel when we arrived but once we know where it is, it is pretty convenient.

Aircon can be pretty warm at times and pillow a little too low for comfort.

Excellent location! The hotel is just a few steps from the MRT, making it super convenient to get around. It’s also close to popular spots and surrounded by plenty of local food options. Clean, comfy rooms and friendly staff. Great value for a city stay!
