RF Hotel

Strategic location access to cafes, food, shopping and 350m away from train station. Location is convenient.

The door knob is old and need to tap card and also lock it when leaving the room.

the best thing for this hotel is good location, around this hotel, you can find the bus and MRT. also Sogo department store and many store and restaurants.

the worst thing is the bathroom, on counter top, you can find the mold around the faucet, I think it is too moisture inside the bathroom? But it is that reason, cleaning people should find the way to solve this problem?

Very convenient and close to a lot of things. The breakfast was nice and the room was definitely comfortable.

The mosquitoes and random noise that came from the ceiling on the 3rd day. But we weren't too bothered about it.

The shower has no hot water. asked the front desk, she said 'it would take a while to get the water hot'. Well, I let the water flew for over 20 min, still not hot, lukewarm at best.

The hotel was outdated and my room had a horrible smell. I paid for a window room was placed in a shoe box. The hotel is due for a renovation, the 7th floor (check-in) is misleading, other floors look really old.

This is not a hotel. This is a hostel. I need my full refund. There was no matrass. I slept on wood with a thin foam. They claimed a double bed but this was two twin beds joined together with wood protruding in the middle. No soap in the bathroom. The light in the room will turn off every 30 mins alongside the AC. The first room had no window and the second room has a window after i complained. The floors were dirty through the hallway.

Inn or Hostel was dirty but was advertised as a hotel. The images were deceptive.

Foe the price, the facility is satisfying, friendly staff, helpful, clean facility, comfortable bed and clean sheets, clean bathroom and the location is great.

I like how the staff accomodate us. As a first time traveler. This hotel made me safe. I always go to the front office to ask help and they are always available. Second, the location is perfect. Just the back of the hotel are the coffee shops and near michelin star restaurant. I super love it and I will recommend this hotel. Also, our room is always clean (room service) after a long trip because the staff because of their service. It's so nice to go back to our room after a long and tiring day knowing that our room is clean with fresh linens and towels

Nothing much. It's just perfect to me. As a picky guest this place is superb with the service, amenities and etc. So nothing much that we didn't like

The facility is very old and the bathroom is with the leaking water problem. The room smells bad.

MY location was fine i guess you pay for what you get i had a view so i was fine with location in the Hotel, even the loction of the Hotel was excellent every store was within walking distance, my room was fine no complaints was happy with the service, unfortunately i didnt pay for breakfast on this trip around maybe next time.

i used all the free facilities in the hotel that was available to use, the breakout room was fine even the free condiments available i could work well in the space away from my room.

Location, Front desk staff Ms. Huang and Ms. Gao are helpful.

Vert terrible ,disgusting thick and dust lint under the bed, including trash paper, lunch box and dirty,used sleepers also spread all over under the bed. It is obviously that the house keepers never vacuumed under the beds. I accidentally drop something on the floor and tried to pick it up, and in somehow I lying on the floor, looking under the bed and found this disgusting and horrible,vomiting scene. The hotel agreed to offer me another room for one night,though the new room still had lots of dust u deer the beds,but a little better than the one I booked. But I don’t feel ok to stay another night anymore. So I decided to cancel the 2nd night reservation, and had a hard time to ask the hotel to refund me. However, Ms. Huang and Ms.Gao did try their best to assist me to the whole process.

Location Helpful Staffs

1st night i arrived super late at night, got a room with full of smoke !! In non smoking hotel because the next door was smoking and the smoke came to my room from the gap of the door i think I requested to change room it’s fully booked and the staff said they couldn’t notice which room was smoking so they cant really tell the smoker to stop i slept with smoke in the room Great thing is they changed to a new bigger room for me, with strange next door again One guy keep on ringing the door bell and knocking the door and the wall is non-sound proof.(late night) I called the staffs to handle, yess finally he stop Sigh Butt yes the room worth the budget

good location

The room was not very clean and had a persistent smell of toilet, which didn’t go away even with the air conditioning and ventilation fan running continuously. The bathroom was also quite inconvenient to use — the drain was clogged, and the water from the shower remained for a long time, taking over half an hour to clear.
