Location is near MRT and shops
The heating was not working so it was freezer cold.
The personnel was nice on the entrance
it was not clean. The bathroom had mold and the ceiling had cracked spotlights. The tv did not work and the air conditioning was too cold and not easy to stop.
The location is excellent, 3 mins to MRT station and lots of good restaurants around.
A number of the facilitates inside the hotel room were broken and I couldn't connect to hotel Wifi. A staff tried to help me but still did't success. He even tried to use his phone to connect the hotel wifi and also failed. I think the hotel is just out of maintenance.

Too cold and no extra quilts and the air conditioning doesn’t work
Hotel is 2 mins walk to Dapinglin train station. Located near 7-11, morning fruit/vegies market and shops/restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of hotel but needs to get a ticket in and out daily. Room is spacious.

The floor of the shower room was torn. We had to go to supermarket to buy a pair of plastic slipper for us to use when we take showers to avoid hurting the feet. Oir party booked three double rooms and all three had the same problem. The hotel needs to be renovated.

The hotel is old but is cheap. The curtain, chair, hair dryer, shower door and outside the window is dirty. Some of the facilities in the room need to upgrade, such as hair dryer, shower door, air-con and chair.
1. Great location! It is very close to the green line subway station and there are many restaurants and stores nearby. 2. The building is in a quite courtyard. 3. The lounge is spacious and beautiful.
1. The facility is a bit outdated. I was given a KEY to access my room. 2. The two chairs in the room look dirty (See the attached photo). There are stains on the fabric. In addition, there are white marks on the top of the TV stand. 3. The floor of the shower room is bulted and uneven.4. The bed is hard and uncomfortable.

The room is spacious and it is close to a mass rapid transportation.
The hotel is old and needs to be remodeled or upgraded. Most of all, the place is filthy. Moles in the bathroom, dust everywhere. I doubt they ever cleaned the carpet. The cleaning crew probably only do the bare minimum: make the bed, replace the towel and take out the trash.

The only thing I liked was the location.
The pictures are a bit deceiving. The facilities are a lot older than you could tell from the pictures. Also, the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in.
