Nearest metro station - Ximen is 13-15 mins away. Taipei main station is 20 mins walk.

Location was the only good thing. Breakfast wasn?t free & should?ve been free with quality. Room was dark & no windows. It was like a prison. Spoke with front desk staff about changing room with window and was told no windows are in rooms.

The Staff was professional, friendly, helpful and they spoke English. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was abundant and tasty. The location is ideal if you wan to see the heart of Taipei.

The internet connectivity was weak on one of the days I was there.

Spacious room for one person! The location is splendid, even in one minute of walking there's already plenty good restaurants.

There's no amenities like toothbrush in the room.The light switch system is hard to figure out at first.

Location is good, but quite far from metro.

The basement room is quite musty smell. If I have an opportunity to go there again, I’ll select another room type.

service was ok. paid for breakfast didn't use it because they barely didn't have anything for breakfast, felt more like lunch. bed and room was not cleaned and cheats not changed.

Location was good, 15min walk from airport, - minute walk to Ximen night market. I like that it’s in the quiet area of Ximen, and there’s a gym at the corner, which was great! Also the property is very, very aesthetic!

The breakfast selection should change time by time, I was there for 7 nights so I was over it by the 3rd day. Although it’s still great, the vendo machines for the beverages was awesome!

Great location within 15-20min walk from main train station and 5-10 min from shops and heart of Ximending neighborhood. Good for exploring Taipei. Breakfast is offered next-door at a restaurant and has a variety of things to choose from. Bathroom is small yet with all amenities. Shower was lovely and nice and spacious. Staff is friendly and happy to help you with automated check-in and check-out, which appeared less intuitive until they explained things.

Rooms were small and tight (for a European), yet if you only sleep there they work well. Lots of rooms also in the basement which feels kind of awkward initially, with many hallways and limited signs, however offers peace and quiet.

The sink stopper was not working for my room 1080. There still a gap when it was push in.

It’s very great. Facilities / Ximending stores are just accessible.

The property is clean, cold, and there are a lot of amenities.

It's nice overall, but they put us in the basement which had really bad lighting - it was dark. The facilities were nice and it was clean. At times it felt like the staff didn't want to deal with people and it was difficult to communicate as they didn't speak English and we don't speak the local language.

Great location, but old and slightly dirty property. Kind staff and good breakfast. Expected more for the price

Bathroom furniture and walls were dirty

We liked the location of the hotel. Very near to Ximending night market but at the same time, far enough from the crowded areas. The ambiance of the hotel was cozy and comfortable. There’s a 24-hour self-laundry station (washer and dryer) at the second floor.The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. There’s always a staff at the reception even at night / early morning. You can request an iron and ironing board.There’s three nearby convenience stores (7-11 and Family Mart). Will definitely book this hotel again when we return to Taipei.

There’s no bidet. Room lighting is quite dim.

The location is really ideal and convenient since it’s close to Ximending and you can easily walk going to Taipei Main Station. Additionally, the staff cleans your room everyday (changes the towels, brings new coffee sticks, slippers, water). In our room, there were multiple mirrors so it’s easy for a fit check.

I hope there was better lighting. It’s a bit hard to see when you’re doing make up (even in the bathroom).

The property itself was unique in terms of decoration, very aesthetic and IG worthy. Quiet place and nice staff. In terms of price, it is reasonable and worth it in comparable to other hotels around Ximending area. The rooms were small but cozy as expected in Taipei. We can only open one medium luggage at a time. The lighting was quite dim but it's ok coz the lighting in the bathroom was bright so i can still do my make up. I got a small accident though ( i bump my head ?) so be careful with the glass sliding door in the bathroom. A lot of restaurants around the area, there is a 711 just across the street. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, so i will recommend!

it's quite a walk from the MRT station.

The location was amazing and it was very clean and comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, and the rooms are too dimly lit.
