Fushin Hotel Taipei

Close to cruise port. Airport shuttle. Good coffee with breakfast.

Room was a bit cold when we got there and they had to change the thermostat from the front desk

Nice location, good prices for what it offers.

Staff could know more english. Especially the reception people.

The staffs were very nice.

The pillows were terrible, very hard and high. It was a pain to sleep with such kind of pillows, they have no option. The bed seems hard enough when touch on it but was soft when sleep on it, might be worn out created a lot of back pain. The bed and pillow together made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Luckily, staff were very nice given me 6 bath towels with 2 put on bed for my back and 4 to make up a pilllow myself.

Western or South Asian food could have been added into the menu. Not walkable to the MRT, there is a highway across.

Nice hotel good breakfast. But a bit out of the way as it's in a business area.. need to use the bus to get to the station.

We arrived late (23:00) and there was no problem with the reception. Big room, rich and varied breakfast

Very comfortable room and clean. Breakfast buffet is amazing.

It is located on the outskirts of Taipei. There is only a bus station in front of hotel and a very busy road with traffic.

The room was perfect, breakfast was excellent, the location is okay. And the price is affordable

The breakfast is perfect

1) Not possible to order something to eat in the evening,2) Staff not always flex enough (a friend came to bring me something and entered to the parking lot for 1 minute only and forced to be charged even just to bring me something in the hotel Lobby. - My explanations to the reception lady were not help).3) Not every morning I received bottles of water. (Most of the days bottles replaced but not at every day).4) Safe box -is not so safe as it can be taken easily as it is not connected to nothing. (Its not so heavy and easily can be stolen as it is not connect to nothing)

The front desk keeps me waiting aside when I show up to checkin. 3 minutes later, another a group of customers show up to check in without waiting. The front desk should've serve me first!

Hotel was good. Comfortable, clean and tidy.

Not as convenient as I hoped.

We stayed there on New Year's eve, it was overall an okay stay. It's a bit outside of the city, but there are often busses that go to the metro station. Travelling back and forth wasn't too bad.

The hotel room was a bit old, and the breakfast was not so nice, we couldn't eat much during breakfast.

The Room Luxury, clean and big

The staff were pleasant and very helpful; the price was competitive. It was reasonably close to where I was moving the next day ( for a conference). It didn't have a restaurant for dinner, but there were good restaurants in the hotel right next door. The forested hills rise right behind the hotel, which is pleasant.

It might be out of the way ( from the city centre) for some guests, but the location was convenient for my purposes. There was a little incident in the breakfast room, which was probably just chance, and I think the management will be addressing it. The weather was poor while I was there! Access to the room at 4 PM ( standard) is somewhat inconvenient, although in the end they let me enter a bit earlier. On the other hand, 12 PM check out time was quite useful

Hotel Location is excellent for business travellers.TaiNex & subway is only a 20 minute walk from hotel .No Restaurant around but you can use FoodPanda for Delivery in your hotel room.Many restaurants are located behind TaiNext 2.Breakfasts is out standing and you can find a huge variety of Chinese and continental food.The hotel staff is very cooperative and all there to help you at their earliest.Taoyuan Airport is only a 45 minute drive.Private taxi from Airport arrival lounge charges TW$1300 while if you book a private car/taxi outside airport or from hotel to airport it only costs you TW$1000.
