Staff friendly. The size is based g compared to other hotels. Location is excellent.

Property was located at the city centre and very clean and well maintained rooms…its was exceptional stay and would definitely love to come back here again.staff at reception was so welcome and helpful.

The location is near to station and ximending and lots of areas :) the staff are very accommodating and warm.

Very big room. We can open up four luggages at the same time. Comfort room is also very spacious, there's a bathtub and a separate shower. Beds are big too. Staff are helpful, they also gave us a gift for staying during New Year.

No bidet for the toilet. This is a very big deal for me. Also, air conditioning can only be turned on or off, temperature cannot be regulated.

Location was good. Bathroom was clean.

Not enough outlets (two for a three person stay), very weird electrical set up. Lights and ac controled from One central panel, only on or off. We stayed in three different locations near main station, and this one was rather rundown.

I like its location and the facilities itself are well-maintained. Love that they upgraded our room as well.

No bidet in toilet.

The room is like a classic hotel room from the 1970s. It gives nostalgic warmth and comfort. But, the best thing about it was the bathtub. The staff were also kind and friendly. It has nearby dumpling place with affordable delicious meat buns, 711 for your essentials and snacks, and massage spas.

The knob of the ref was broken so we did not really have temperature control. The air conditioning is also centralized so we can only turn it on and off, and put it in fan mode.

I like the location - near the Main station, Ximending, Starbucks, Noodle house, 7/11. I would recommend this to my friends. I just love it! Request granted - adjacent rooms. Sadly, because no more breakfast buffet. I love how the staff were accommodating and easy to communicate with. I love the vibe in the area. Every day cleaning and refilling of bottled water.

There is no breakfast buffet; upon initial entry to the room/floor, it smells of smoke.

The staff is very kind, very helpful the room is large, comfortable. Location is perfect, near to Taipei main station and many shops, restaurants nearby.

There was only a blackout curtain on the window, so we had to draw the curtain even during the day to prevent anyone from seeing into the room. Because of this, we had to use the light constantly.

The location is great. The price is reasonable. Beds are comfy. Big bathroom with a big tub. It's clean. No disturbances from hallways or neighbours. The room itself is a decent size. You can open a big suitcase without trouble.

It's an old building with old equipment and facilities. You use a key to open the door and there's only one key/room. The AC can be a bit noisy, so earplugs are recommended. The pillows are small and you get one/person. In their other branches they'll have extra pillows on the closet.

Everything was very clean. Excellent location. Comfortable beds, large fridge. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great base for exploring Taipei.

No hotel facilities, just a reception desk. a/c is centrally controlled.

unfortunately it didn’t seem as new as it looks in the pictures, it seems like it’s quite a traditional / old hotel, however it’s just a problem with the atmosphere

It’s close to the center and closer to the bus station and the train station.

It’s one of those hotels that you would stay if you only had 24 hours in Taiwan and you want to be close to the train station. Other than that, it’s an old almost dilapidated kind of hotel. The bed is not that comfortable the pillows and the linen are shady. Feels like a love hotel.

The location is amazing, right inside the city center.

The room is not new, it is quite dark and have no view from our window.

Both the room and the bathroom were large. I was worried it might be a tight space, but I had more than enough room to move around. I was privided with a fridge, water, and refreshment facilities. The staff spoke English, and helped me a lot with questions about changing money, getting something to eat and going to places etc. Thank you very much.

There were no outlets near the bed, the keyring was huge making it a little annoying to carry around without a bag, there was some noise from other guests, but honestly this isn`t anything I would complain about or tell others not to stay there for at all.

The hotel is old and got molds smell, the bed are ok but also got a bit smell

Fabulous location (near 2 mrt stations, 1 Japanese department store, Uniqlo, Watsons, MacDonald’s, cosmed and several 7/11 and Family Marts, lovely 228 Peace Memorial Park & Taiwan National Museum ), efficient and polite staff, comfy rooms (very quiet too despite the location!), and reasonable prices.

Repetitious breakfast (same for 3 days but a few good local restaurants nearby). That’s practically it.
