Royal Rose Hotel Taipei Station

The daytime staff was friendly and accommodating. My phone was broken and one of them was extremely helpful to all my requests for help. Room and shower room was large and spacious, and the first floor snacks were great.

I didn’t realize the shower head was not attached to the tube so when I turned on the water, it went ballistic and shot everywhere. I also found 2 mosquitoes in the room and woke up with bites on my last day. My room didn’t have a window so it felt rather closed. Lastly, they used some type of cleaner in the air conditioning so it was constantly smelling like some type of cleaning chemical.

Close to MRT, lots of food nearby and free snacks. Laundry was easy and cheap.

- Tidy room, clean.- In the middle of local communities, lots of local eateries / markets / restaurants nearby.- Free basic tea, coffee, sweets, instant noodles

- Almost 1km walking distance from Taipei Main Station.- My room has no window.

Loved complimentary drinks and snacks. A self service laundry helped us a lot! The location is the best, especially for a bus to the airport. Even if we had big luggage, it only takes a couple of minutes. A lady who speaks Japanese made us feel even more comfortable and welcomed :) おすすめです！

Room was small - but price reflected this so not that bad

Location is a close walk to the station, 10mins to shopping malls. The staff were very friendly and there was a nice common area with snacks and drinks, where they allowed me to stay for a while after checking out.

Room can get quite noisy at night from street noise. Soundproofing wasn't great so I could hear my neighbours chatting in the corridor. The bathroom facilities were functional but quite dated.

The location was great and the room was very clean. The coffee and snacks were nice. The washing and drying machine was extremely convenient. The room was small but the bathroom was large and the shower was nice with lots of hot water. This is a basic room with good value.

Good value for money. Super close to the station, so pretty convenient if you need to catch a train in the morning.

Absolutely the best accomodation experience of my trip in Taiwan. Very clean and new facilities. Even the water pressure was the best. Also there was warm air conditioning for winter season.

Location is quiet despite being near Taipei main station. Near many shopping and food places.

No to minimum size windows. The only window was in the bathroom.

Less than 5min walk from Taipei Main Station QSquare, so just walk towards QSquare direction if you are overwhelmed by the underground labyrinth. We went to the wrong branch at first, which is about 10min walk away. So make sure to type in the full hotel name in map. Central and close to everything but in a quiet area. Room has window, is clean and very comfortable. Our room is with a larger bed (almost a King) and so the room size is quite spacious. Free bottled water, snacks and paid washer and dryer.

The hotel has a great location just around the corner from the station/qsquare. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and had a good size. The bed was comfy.

The room was tiny. It was just enough to fit me and my bag. Not sure how 2 people are supposed to stay here. The room had a tiny window but the view was on a concrete wall.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Taipei Main Station and within walking distance of the night market. While the room was quite small, it was a good value for the price. Water bottles and snacks available for free.

The staff member who checked us in during the night shift seemed a bit awkward, possibly due to a language barrier.

The staff is on post 24 hours, a nice guy to help me check in smoothly. The location is at Taipei Station with easy access to attractions in Taipei City and Taoyuan Airport via metro. Although breakfast is not including, the hotel provide a snack bar with unlimited snacks and drinks for guests.

The large bed takes too much space in the not so big room. The bathtub is not separate from the toilet. There is no shower but only a bathtub in the room. No parking places for car drivers.

The location is near the bus & train station. It's straightforward to go everywhere from this spot. I met heavy rain on the way to the hotel. I was wet at that time. The receptionists are so lovely. They even lend me a hairdryer to dry up my hair!

New and well kept, with great location. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in Taiwan. We even tried to extend our stay but they didn’t have rooms available the next night.

Their service is fantastic. Actually we are staying 6 nights, due to my mother passed away on the 3rd day of staying and I requested to cancel one night stay, the staff was professional and assisting me for request. At last, the request is granted and refunded. I really appreciated for their assistance. Thank you so much.
