Great location, awesome services

Room decor bit of outdated

A poorly managed, rundown hotel at a great location. Other than the location near metro station, nothing is good here.

Mold smell, dark bathroom. leaking marks on the wall. An outdated hotel under poor management. Got many flea or bedbug bites. Dead bugs can be easily found in the corner.

Spacious room. View of Taipei 101 and the Dr. Sun Yat Sen Memorial. Sunny neighbourhood. Walking distance to restaurants, interesting laneways, street vendors, cafes etc. Room cleaning quite refreshing. All staff sincerely courteous. Near MRT.

Hotel lounge needs better presentation. Where was the bar? No bars nearby either.

The iron board was old and dirty. The room needs to be upgrade and it has an odor.

Room size and accomodations

No public viewing area for Taipei 101

The hotel is centrally located. Just a few minute walk to Taipei 101 and the surrounding malls. Near the Taipei Dome. Staff of the hotel is very accommodating. The hotel staff is also approachable.

The hotel rooms are quite dated. The toilet interior and cleanliness can be better.

Great location. Good food inside the hotel.

Very weak WiFi. Room does not provide hair condition and lotion (environmental friendly locked down bottle, not referring to the banned sigle use plastics).

Frequent disconnections from WiFi, unusable. Air conditioning was not cold enough. Nonrefundable if you decide to shorten your stay.

Old but well kept. Staff are supportive in particular the doorman. Good value for the money.

Great views (Taipei 101 from our room!), friendly staff, breakfast was good.

Very convenient location. Shopping , eating , public transportation. Customer service is very friendly. Highly recommended.

We had a much less expensive breakfast near the metro stop.

I have been staying here when my friend is visiting Taiwan. We love it because the location is awesome. Not only it's close to the mrt, the location is in the middle of everything. The bed is soft and comfy.

Conveniently located near the mrt station, the hotel is comfortable, with spacious room and a good breakfast.

Terrible reception. Everything was one on point near perfect just the reception. Old lady seems to not be in the mood of the day and refused to talk to clients.

Clean, good location, friendly staff, facilities are newly renovated. Within 5 mins walking distance to Sun Yat Sun Memorial Hall train station.

All good! Bathtub could be more well-cleaned as there were yellow stains inside it.

When searching using the Google map, I was kind of sceptical about the hotel, the exterior looks a bit old and there isn't much food around the area. But upon arrival, I realised the interior was very posh, clean and modern. The staffs are very friendly and polite. There is a street of food behind and it is very near to the metro station. Well definite stay in this hotel again.

The bathroom is dirty, the facilities are a bit old, and there is no TV entertainment

The location is absolutely convenient, only a few minutes walk to the Metro station.There are loads of nice cafes and restaurants around.The breakfast is nice and gives you variety of choices.

The air conditioning is fixed at a certain temperature, it will be a bit warm in the room in the evening.

Friendly and helpful staff . Nice spacious room , clean and comfortable. Bed was a little soft and bedding very new and kind of starchy . Great location close to everything - shops and restaurants. Can see Taipei 101 from the hotel .

Needs a full length mirror and magnifying mirror in the bathroom . Bathtub hard to get in and out so definitely not for older folks. Couldn’t turn on the heater setting it was cold in the room for me .
