Cool rooms, and loads of great restaurant and mall within walking distance

I would skip the breakfast. It’s nothing wrong with the food as it all tastes great but not buffet style and not enough variety.

Superb experience - the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cool and spacious. Breakfast is great for non veggies. Veggies have options but more limited. Slick bar on the 2nd floor, cocktails on point.

Friendly staff, spacious and stylish room, communal areas welcoming and comfortable (bar, restaurant and reception).

Although we enjoyed the breakfast, if we were being really picky the breakfast menu only has 4 options.

Room design layout poor. E.g. chandelier hang too low at shoulder level! Glass partition and door not so obvious cause bumping, shower faucets and pipes setup imitate old fashion, not effective. A lot of superfluous things, lighting power switches unclear…….

Location.

Layout of the rooms is extremely strange, dust in the bathroom and stains on the curtains, bathroom separated by a curtain. Very inconvenient layout where you have to look for sockets to charge your phone!

Very attentive friendly and efficient staff -Hotel is very clean private at an Excellent central location. Perfect for a couples get away - and I truly recommend The chic Cocktail bar at 3rd floor is a definite Bonus - it has a very creative menu we loved ⭐️

Amazing boutique hotel in a foodie district of Taipei, the hotel is easy to get to by the MRT, and there are tons of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel cocktail bar is a great spot as well. The rooms were luxurious and staff friendly and helpful. An amazing stay!

Breakfast was a full-service kind of experience, it would have been good to choose something more "grab and go" as some days we wanted to get out of the hotel and explore quickly.

Location was great, Restaurant was delicious, Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room and lift area were too dark. There was this metal structure outside the window which made the room even darker.

The hotel is quirky but beautiful. The location is absolutely unbeatable - it is in the middle of everything in a fantastic part of Taipei. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Basic room is on the compact side notwithstanding the technical size, but it was still a lovely space and I appreciated the design details.

I liked the location, making it easy to get around. Reception, concierge and room cleaning staff exceptional service! Only had breakfast there, was exceptional!

I was frustrated by lack of restaurant/cafe facilities before 5 pm. It is normal to want a cup of coffee and cake mid afternoon. But nothing open. Not a full service hotel, is not clear on your website? Room very dark, with dark balcony, dark walls and floor. Maybe a proper light in the middle or move the chandelier to middle if room. Quite depressing to spend time in room. Everything dark. Frustrated in that you promote a pineapple cake! But nowhere does it say to book this in advance. When we wanted, we were only then told we had to book 3 days in advance. We were talking about it for 3 days with no idea we had to pre- book. So, we missed out!!!!!

The hotel staff were great and very helpful. The bar at the hotel was really cool too. The room and facilities were new and well maintained. Pool was really nice.

The room was very small and cramped for the price. The TV in the room is in need of an upgrade.

Large room, amazing design, giant bed, very modern toilets, beautiful shower, the staff is very attentive

Excellent 5* boutique hotel. Beautiful room. Made to order breakfast - probably the best French toast I’ve ever had.

Location is ideal. Vibe is modern. Beds cozy. And it's QUIET. Zero city nosie or neighbors penetrate the to your room.

No gym in the built

SUPERB room. Loved the design, feel, size, views, features, facilities etc. Was a really special place in a perfect location in Taipei!

I don't love the whole glass bathroom (with a curtain) trend but my hubby likes it. But don't let that put you off!

Hotel design is very unique.The location is near subway, sogo department and many restaurants. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast has just 4 sets for choosing which does not have juice.However, salmon set is delicious.

The location is very strategic, in the hustle bustle but peaceful inside

Lobby could be bigger or welcoming but this is very minor feedback
