Friendly staff, good assortment of snacks, good water pressure in showers and fantastic view of the city. It’s close to the blue and green line so that’s a plus.

The elevator is shared with stores below, so whenever there’s a movie going on or whenever people are gathering to watch a movie (weekends and evenings) there will be a line to get in the elevator and you’ll be in packed like a sardine in the elevator until your stop.The ac in my room was a little janky, it didn’t quite cool to the temperature I wanted it to (<25 C)

Good location in Ximen. Easy to get in MRT and shopping.

Pillow was so bad, almost to be flat pillow.

Excellent location in Ximending with everything you need nearby. Staff is friendly and room is tidied up daily, and the toilet is fitted with a good bidet. Reception is manned 24/7 with light snacks and beverages provided.

The 3 elevators to the hotel on 12th floor is shared with moviegoers, a couple restaurants and UNIQLO / GU. When it gets busy on weekends or public holidays, the queue for the elevator extends into the street.

Great location, helpful staff, right in the middle of Ximending walking street. There is everything you need nearby, just a few minutes walk to MRT and bus stations. The housekeeper cleans up rooms everyday. There is also a snack bar, providing free snacks and soft drinks for 24 hours.

Our room is quite small, good for a couple but not family.

The bidet was broken by our 3rd day and was not fixed. There was no cabinet for clothes

the soundproofing could be better — you can hear when other guests use the water tap or flush the toilet.

Elevator between 12-13 flooris is using a service elevator. Stairway is full of laundry at certain times of the day and the stairway needs fixing.

Very accessible, no need to walk very far because the hotel is in the center of ximending. I like it???

I think the room was not sound proof i can hear the noise and conversations from outside. The wall paper in our room was not in good condition there are some parts that’s was ripped off.

Room size is too small to accommodate 3 pax with three luggage. Other than that all good

The drinks dispenser, snacks and cup noodles. Location is excellent and the room is comfortable.

The rooms are of modest sizes and some rooms have no windows but you can choose to have rooms with windows.

It is at the center of Ximending and accessible to almost everything. There's restaurant in the same building and even mall. The free snacks, drinks, and even water. Room is just right size and got everything needed.

everything was great , I really love the location , it is a very great location and the place itself is neat and clean, also they give free coffee and snacks it is worth it staying here .

The hotel was accessible and conveniently located near most tourist spots in Taipei. It was within walking distance to Ximen Station and close to several bus stops. We had no issues using the elevator during our stay. Our room was cozy and clean. Since the weather was cold, we didn’t even need to turn on the air conditioner. The toilet was very clean, and the cleaner was respectful and trustworthy when we requested room cleaning.Lastly, the staff were very helpful and kind! They responded promptly to our queries as well.

Toothbrush and toothpaste were not included in the amenities, so you should consider bringing your own personal oral hygiene items. There was no laundry area in the hotel, but they suggested a nearby laundry shop. Just ask the staff, and they will assist you. ?

- Great location. At the heart of Ximending and very close to the metro. - Amazing staff. We accidentally left our charger in the hotel room when we checked out, and the staff emailed us about it and arranged for us to pick up when we returned.

Good location

The building is shared with many other shop,there is very long queue for the lift so you have to wait a long time.The room is quite compact, allowing space to open only one luggage at a time.

This hotel really impressed me. The location is incredibly convenient - just a 3-minute walk from Ximen MRT station and right around the corner from several bus stops, making it easy to get anywhere in Taipei within 20 minutes.The staff was very kind, responsive, and attentive, always ready to help and genuinely welcoming.I also appreciated the free snacks and drinks available in the lobby pantry, which was a nice extra touch.The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm. The schedule was great because it allowed for a more relaxed morning while still ensuring the room was tidied up during the day.Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Between the location, cleanliness, service, and little perks, it’s a smart choice for anyone visiting Taipei.

Nothing major, but worth noting:* Because the building is older, toilet paper can’t be flushed and must be disposed of in a bin. However, the bin is emptied daily by housekeeping, so it’s well managed and never a problem. You get quickly used to this.* The elevator can be a bit slow, as it's shared with a movie theater, restaurant, and clothing shop in the same building. It’s not ideal during busy times, but manageable.Despite these small issues, I’d definitely stay here again. The overall experience was comfortable, convenient, and truly great value.

Location is very convenient as it's in the middle of Ximending. There are also a lot of free snacks and commodities. Room we stayed in is also quite spacious and very clean.

In our room, the wires and extension cord for the Japanese toilet was near the floor. It could be dangerous if it ever got wet from the shower or faucet. The placement for that should be improved.

Best in terms of location and cleanliness. Close to mrt, walking distance to recommended food in ximending. Value for money.

Space might be too small, but consider it is Taiwan… cannot really complain.
