Location, location, location. Also, the room is on a very high level and can see very nice view.

Room layout is not ideal.

Very Convenient, hotel is above underground shopping center and train stations.

Check in area was very small and away from the hotel complex, however this was a very small part of inconvenience, only have to deal it on the first and last day. Overall, I was pleased.

The rooms are big and you cannot hear the neighbors

I wish the staff can be there a little earlier.

I was being told that I could smoke at the balcony as long as I closed the door. But when I get there, they said I can’t smoke

Building need urgent replacement of furniture and electronic equipment.

Close to the shopping mall

1. No lobby, difficult to check.2. Bad smell room.3. Staff is so unfriendly especially a guy at counter.

Location: Right besides the Taipei Bus Station( 24/7 bus to the Taoyuan airport under 2 minutes walk), near East exit of the Taipei Main station, and the red and green lines. Hotel is spacious and quiet, especially loved the balcony with the view of the Taipei 101 building. We had room #1616.

It was hard to find the first time, we walked past it a few times. Near Y3 or Y5, or R1, the door to check in is not far from the parking garage entrance with the small sign on the left.

I liked how large the room was and how modern the bathroom was. It was also very clean and in a great location near Taipei main station. The front desk attendants were also very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

I picked this hotel mainly because of the option to have a balcony. The balcony faced another building however so there was no reason to spend time on it without a view. The room's setup was also a little odd where the tv was set on one side of the room and the bed on the other side.

the location is amazing, 7-11 is near, and right above the Qsquare. super near to Zhongshan. whether to taipei city area, or new taipei city area.

the reception have only 1 staff. if it's short staff, it's better to create some self-serving instruction for the tourist, can leave item or put the check-out card key without needing the staff's assistant. consider the price range, the service can be improve

The hotel is near the Taipei bus station. And actually the underground connection corridors are very close from the accomodation to the MTRs with the particular escalator (we found it out on the last day! Shame!). So recommend to ask the info desk near the Moss burger shop on the first day. Underground pedestrian path is bit tricky to navigate, but less wasting time if you know. Room is clean and spacious with the balcony, could see 101 tower in far end from the balcony. Felt good sequrity with two females.Lots of shops. Good quality tea coffee pack supplied.

Hard to find the reception originally, (again, ask info desk near Moss Burger but it is a small outside office, probably back to back to Moss burger shop). The actual rooms are the opposite side of the same building. Only one card key, very awkward if you are doing different activities because you need this key to use for the lift access too. So make sure your mobile battery level enough to contact!The reception is only operated until 9:30 pm, after that hard to register if your arrival is with the late flight etc. Mindful to the check in time, the transport plus actual finding the area may take much more time than planned from the airport(easy to get lost).

Clean bathroom, comfy bed and pillows, and helpful staff. Excellent location.

Hotel within walking distance from Taipei Main Station. Next to the hotel, there's a mall with restaurants.

Need to change lift at 5th floor to get to your room.

Could not find entrance expected to see lobby, omly small reception office with Poor small signage. Walked past several times. Also The entrance lobby to building was cluttered with shelving and packages did not look like it was open looked like work was being undertaken. Apart from that the stay was very good, room was well appointed excellent location very good staff ?

The location was superb; walking distance to Taipei Main inclusive of underground tunnels. Food was easy as well

Strategically located above the Q Square Shopping Centre. Look for Exit [Y3] or [Y5] if you go from Taipei Main Station. Hotel's reception is near the building's car park entrance.I'm from Japan, so to me the room was reasonably spacious, with large comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere at night. Managed to get a good night sleep. Nice shower too. There's a balcony and a washing machine and drying area, but they couldn't provide any washing detergent, so you might need to bring your own if you want to do laundry.

Nothing in particular.Rooms may not be fully soundproofed, but other guests were respectful enough to keep the volumes down at night.

Location is superb

My room next to lift, throughout the night can hear the noise from lift shaft due to lift movement. I am a light sleeper, the noise wakes me up a few times in the night.

The patio is nice and is at a good location.

The customer service is not 24/7

Super location!Everything just below our feet!

The drop off area. No shelter and need to climb stairs. We were there on raining day and seems very difficult to check in. The front desk really hard to find too!
