Excellent location. Very good breakfast.

Room was rather small for the price

The customer service was exceptional. I ended up needing to mail a package and wasn't sure how. The hotel staff went above and beyond to arrange courier pickup as well as helped me package up my items. I appreciate their help so much.

It was do close to a lot of good spots around ximen. 5 min walk to ximen station. The room was spacious enough to open 2 luggages at the same time. They got heated toilet seats. Shower has strong pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is great. Easy to get to get to anywhere in Taipei. There are lots of restaurants around.

Breakfast was good. Not extensive but of a good quality. It was also included in the price of the room

The location and great daily complimentary breakfast. The amenities and complimentary water in the room. It has all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay.

It was a bit small and lack storage for 2 people with large luggage.

The location was great! Its perfect spot to explore Ximending area. Also the staff service exceeded our expectation! They reached out to us about a macbook charger we left behind the room. Kept it for about a week until we get back to Taipei.

The location is right in the middle. Despite that the room was very quiet. The included breakfast was a welcome plus.

Not a huge fan of carpet floors in the room but it seemed clean

Central location in the heart of the action. Easy to get to the MRT and all sights. Housekeeping was pleasant and did a good job. Free breakfast.Because of the area, no traffic noise.

The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on a plank despite housekeeping putting down a couple of layers of additional underlay.Room and bathroom were cramped.Walls were thin, if the room next door occupants spoke loudly you could hear them. You could hear anyone in the corridor speaking very clearly.

The location was great, short walking distance to Ximen MRT station. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was great both temperature and water pressure. Having option for coffee and breakfast every morning was much appreciated. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The wifi worked great, no connectivity or speed issues.

This hotel would be a 10 if the bed were comfortable. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt more like a pull out mattress, firm and almost like you feel the springs/coils. The bathroom/ room also desperately needs more towel hooks - there is only one in the bathroom. Finally, not a major issue but could be inconvenient, the hotel only has one elevator and 10 floors - it could take quite some time to move floors during peak breakfast/checkout window.

Our room was a little small. Shower was also very small. Location was AWESOME, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices but with an Asian focus. Room had a street view and all the accompanying street noise!

Small hotel tucked neatly into the surrounding busy area so very close to lots of eating places, 7Eleven, and every other retail shop imaginable.

A bit hard to find initially, walking from the rail station because the hotel is set back off the footpath, but that was our issue not theirs.

The breakfast was good and generous, if a little repetitive, but I did stay seven days so that’s to be expected. The bed was very comfortable - firm, the pillows varied. The location was simply excellent for many aspects of the city, transport, evening markets. Even early morning runs along the river were easily accessible.

Better reading light, but that’s a universal problem.

The room was humid and there was a lot of condensation on the windows.

It was near everywhere. But the shops nearby were more japanese oriented than taiwanese.

Bathroom floors can get slippery. Bring no skid slippers for when you shower.
