- The location is good, close to many markets. The room has no window, walls are thin, I could hear conversations in the corridor.
- The staff are very kind. We informed them that our check in is 2am in the morning and they welcomed us and kindly assisted us and made sure we are comfortable. The doors has smart lock, no need for key or card. They use passcode, which very convenient as we dont need to bring key with us or return it upon check out. We have free 2 bottles of water every day. It could have been better if the room has windows. The bed is clean. The mattress is okay, average type of mattress. The comfort room is big.
- -possibility to leave luggage before and after check in -big bed -big bath tube -great contact with personel -room service -situation of hotel - next to metro station and Ximending -walls are very thin so we heard everything from corridor and from neighbours -no windows
