CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch II

Excellent staff, convenient location, clean room.

Room is very small. No window.

Staff were helpful and kind. Close to main train station.

For a 3 star hotel, I would expect to at least have a window in my room.

Very friendly staff

I?m willing to pay up to 50% more for a bigger room

Whimsical design

Musty smell in room

There was laundry with detergent available for guests free of charge! The lobby with little snacks and drinks was also great. Very clean and comfortable!

The location is good, near Taipei station. The room is clean and quiet for stay.

The only issue is, the hotel uses a plain cover to over the duvet Insert.

The hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. We would like to highlight the service we received from “Harry”. He is very professional and helpful. The location is walkable to Taipei Main Station. However, the hotel was under renovation during our stay so we had to use the facilities at CityInn Branch III next door

Great location, close to station, bus stop, shopping mall and convenience stores.Provided free tea, coffee and snack s and laundry facilities. Staff friendly.

Room was a little small for two cases and I chose a room without a window so a little dark.

Very friendly staff-thumbs up! Though, the room had a sharp and strong smell which I think it was bleach. Moreover, The bathroom door was old and loose and It could not be closed so when I was taking shower, the water spilled and wet the floor.

Desk staff are both helpful and friendly. Room is small and mine had no window, but it didn't detract from the cleanliness and comfort at all. Great bed and everything working perfectly. Tight, well-run place in a great location

Location is great, staff are super friendly and the room was a nice size and clean. They have little snacks which was a nice touch.

The price was pretty high for what it was.

Location , clean & nice staff

CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch ll offers a great location near Taipei Main Station, restaurants, cafes, and bars. It has dedicated reception area staff and cleaning staff. It provides amenities like bottled water, free laundry, and kitchen facilities.

Heated toilet seat; kitchen space, laundry

-room size is more than average for the value by Taipei standards -very clean-good location - very quiet room, good soundproofing

-had some issues with the card payments. I started asking questions about different is payment methods and machines and the reception and the front desk was very evasive and avoid answering me. The manager came, he was very friendly and diplomatic - be prepared with multiple cards just in case the payment won’t get through -drying machine is very slow to dry-very few snacks in comparison to other hotels

Friendly receptionists, clean room, free drinks

I love the location which near Zhong Shan and Taipei Main station. McDonalds, 7-11, Family Mart and many restaurants near by. Umbrella is provided when raining.

The location is quite amazing. Easy to access to metro station and convenient stores. Besides, two hidden bars are around the area! What a bonus!

None. Everything is fine for me. Probably can check on the dryer.

Free laundry, free snacks, comfortable bed, food souvenir ordering service, good location

1) Couldn’t figure out how to get the A/C to set to the temperature I wanted even following the instructions2) breakfast only offered 6:30-7:30am and has to be ordered the day before

Location was relatively near Taipei Main Station which was convenient. Construction ongoing but it did not pose much disruptions. Otherwise, room was clean and nice.

Room was a bit small.
