It is very clean and quiet. Very convenient location for dining and public transportation. The staffs are very polite and helpful.

It is too small; we found no space to move around after loading 2 check-in baggages.

Breakfast see my remarks below. The only staff member I can praise was my chambermaid on my floor - always smiling and very helpful (3rd Floor if I remember well??)

I knew up front that the breakfast was Japanese orientated but I thought there would still be some more Western dishes to choose from - luckily I like Tofu and joghourt!

Location was very important to me. This hotel provided this key element during my stay. Although the facilities were a bit old, I still enjoyed the bathtub for relaxing.

Everything was good. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Always smiling.

The shower curtains should be periodically changed. There was a damp smell coming from it that filled the room.

It meets the basic cleanliness and amenities. Room size is reasonable.

The dustbin in the toilet is too small. There is no bath mat in the bathtub to prevent slippery falling. Toilet is raised floor, not so safe for old people and children.

Highly recommended hotel. Located not far from the Japanese district (10 min walk), near bus stops and the metro. Surrounded by cafes, shops, restaurants, and banks (useful for exchanging money), a small local market 100 m behind the building. The location is perfect for going everywhere or staying in the area.Hotel on a large intersection, I advise you to ask for a room at the top and on the courtyard side.Very kind staff (Japanese style), attentive, they changed my room to be quieter. At the bottom of the hotel a Japanese restaurant, very nice and very family-friendly. Very clean hotel (Japanese style). Spacious room (15m2) with a small armchair and small table, desk, and Japanese WC (heated). A fridge is well equipped for fruit purchased at the local market next door.

As it is a large intersection with many scooters, pollution is significant in this area.

Staffs are very gentle and friendly.Since they speak Japanese, I really recommend this hotel for people who need Japanese assistance during trip.

The hotel is located in good location, easy to find. There many different types of shop in the surrounding, like familymart, traditional Chinese breakfast, staffed bun, soybean milk

The air conditioner works not very well, and you have to use you key to acquire the electricity, and the power socket is not sufficient, and didn’t work when you were out of the room. The elevator smells musty

The hotel room designed like Japanese style. It’s very clean, comfortable bed and hotel floor come with carpet flooring. Beside, the Japanese style toilet bowl and shower area are very clean.

The prices of hotel not suitable for the person who travel with limited budget.

A bit weak WiFi connection - because of that I couldn't work ( VPN connection didn't work properly )

The location is good. The subway station is only a half block away. The hotel offers luggage storage after I checked out at 12:00 pm. The air condition was good. I liked that it has a hot water heater that I could boil water and make tea in the room. It also has a refrigerator in such a small room.

The room is very small, and the bathroom is like on a cruise ship. The room smell stuffy at the first night and window was lock and could not open.

Best location. Very friendly staff. Perfect firm mattress and pillow.

Location to public transport is good. Although the room is basic it suits my needs and generally clean which is important.

Room is a bit too small to lay out my luggage but sufficient for me needs for a short stay.

You couldn't open the windows, but could only use the air conditioner. Though, the location is very good to get around, the hotel is right next to a main road with heavy traffic. So, perhaps, air conditioning is the better option.
