The location is nice just across from the train station.

I do not like the overall environment of this hotel. It's in the same building as other love hotels which rents by the hour.

The location is very good. It is 5 minutes walking from the Taipei main station, easy to go anywhere. It is well remodel and well maintained. The price is good for this location. The room size is not big, however, it equips with everything you may need.

The outlook of the building is spooky (scary). However, once you get in the 5th floor, where the hotel is located, it is well remodeled.

Location was amazing, bed was so comfortable, dining area with free soft drinks and microwave were so helpful when we took out foods from nearby shops. So many food options in walking distance. Loved it and highly recommend!

Hotel's location is great as it is across from the Taipei Main Station. Uber is easy to call too. There are variety of stores and cafes around which makes staying for tourists easy. Hotel is rather small just on the 5th floor, just one floor. The stuff really tries to help providing water, snacks, microwave to warm food, coffee, tea every day. This is great.

There are NO windows in the rooms. It's a bit claustrophobic. The rooms are very basic. Shower temperature was great. Room has a small fridge which helps. WiFi was ok, but at times it was not. I had to work one evening and switched to my hot spot.

Near the Taipei Main Train Staion and have a small kids area to play.

Does not have bidet in the toilet.

The entrance of the hotel was quite difficult to locate. Kind of loss on the first place.

Superb location, close to airport and suburban MRT. My room very spacious, very clean and modern. Also very close to access to underground malls that connect to stations - useful for inclement weather. Another Hotel going green, by not oversupplying amenities or daily housekeeping. If staying as a family, walk the kids past the fire trucks on the same block. Lobby is a "cafe style" affair, where bought breakfast, lunch or dinner can be eaten while looking at Taipei Main Station.

There are some odd things worth knowing. There is no ground floor lobby or reception, just an innocuous building recess with two elevators. Go up to the fifth floor. The entire hotel is on this floor. Room numbers on doors can create an impression of double vision. The window with a view was in the bathroom.

I like how it very infants and toddler friendly location

The room is not soundproof specially if you have a baby, the cry of the baby can hear to the other rooms

Very convenient location right at Taipei main station. Love the common lounge area with 24 hrs snack & drinks available. Kids love the small play area there and the kid's suite rooms are very well suited for a family with 1 - 2 kids.

Excellent location near main Taipei station for trains and buses, big clean comfy room, large lobby with windows, free coffee tea water.

We recently stayed at Click Hotel for 9 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Main Station, just steps from the underground mall and surrounded by many local eateries. It's also about a 15-minute walk to Ximending, making it easy to explore the area on foot.While the building itself appears old and rundown from the outside—which was concerning at first—the hotel interior is well-maintained, clean, and nicely designed. It was a good value stay given the location and overall comfort.

We booked the Triple Room with two beds. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. However, it only had one nightstand and could benefit from an additional one, along with more electrical outlets for convenience.Free snacks offered are lacking varieties, compared to some of the other nearby hotels.

I do not recommend this hotel

loud and noise from the counter and neighboring rooms, draining noise from the toilet. the smelly duvet cover after I asked to change the duvet cover because of stains. Staff informed me that I will soon be charged with a fee when I will need to request to change it in the future. Seriously, it was just hours when I arrived at the room when I notice the stains.

It had everything we needed except a cabinet or drawer or vault and window. Free croissants if you wake up st 6am because people can get them earlier than you. Room was big and ok for us who had 2 big luggages. It was near Z8 entrance to the underground shopping mall. It was just near the main station where we meet for tours. Free water, juice, coffee, snacks. Clean towels. My son liked the common area with toys and books.

No vault/drawer/cabinet/window.Sometimes, it was hard to connect to the internet.If you are a light sleeper like me, you can hear people talking in the next room and can disturb sleep.
