The grout between the bathroom wall tiles has a lot of black mold, it is a bit disgusting. The air conditioner vents are covered in fuzzy dust. Both place should be cleaned regularly. They only making the bed and taking out the trash.

Drier is not working...too dusty in the top of the TV stands in the room. Staff didn't provide a second pillow even they promised they would

the shower is awesome!! The staff clean the room everyday and was super friendly. Coffee machine was great, fresh brew coffee every day. The laundry room to do free laundry was a plus for long trip!!!

No ice machine so have to ask the front desk every time for a bag of ice. Had to walk to 7/11 to heat up food since front desk say they don't have microwave and also for chopsticks. The gym can have some weight instead of just a bike and treadmill.

Staff are very nice and friendly.

Bath towel are very old, laundry room machine are too small and slow. Lunch menu include is too little, prefer breakfast. Hallway theme is black is way too dark.

Very convenient to the Subway system with a nice park behind it.

It advertises that there is a gym which turned out to be one treadmill and one stationary bike.

Location is good. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

The room smells musty. Cleaners did not add Toilet paper when it ran out. Mugs were not cleaned by cleaners, so we need to clean them ourselves every day.

Location is good, close to the MRT stations and 7/11 convenient store.There seem to be more breakfast places nearby than before and more morning options availalble.

Now the reception is relocated to 15th floor and need extra steps upon check-in and check-out.The elevator was not air conditioned and very hot.

There are many businesses on the street in the neighborhood. We did not book our room with breakfast.The location was very, very convenient. China Airlines is on the first floor of the same building, and Star Lux Airlines is across the street. Bus stop is within 20 meters on NanKing East Road, And two exits for Taipei Rapid Transportation are aboue 150 meters only.

The convenience of daily life activities.

The location. It is right above China Airlines office. And Starlux offices is on the other side of street within walking distance. There are manylocal business in the neighborhood. It is on NanKing East Road, where there are at least ten bus routes available.

Improving the facility. It is getting a little bid too old. The love chair sinks in.

The room was exceptionally large with a nice work desk...where i was able to setup my laptop and comfortably do non-work stuff.

No real complaints.

The location is very good. Closer to subway and bus stop and easy to get around. The laundry room is very clean and convenient. It is charged though.

Good location, easily accessible by Metro Rail. Very convenient with the night market just across the road. Room was clean and facilities were in good condition. The free self-service coffee at reception was a lovely welcome. The size of our room was huge, including the beds (seemed larger than King Size), and had a beautiful view of a nearby park.

Couldn't find anything to fault.

The room (Queen Superior) was quite spacious.

The furniture is a bit old and there are some old water/lime stains in the bathroom that could use a good scrubbing. The shampoo provided didn't feel very high-quality in the hair, so we opted to buy our own. Other than that all good

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The staff speaks decent English and responds to requests promptly.

The corridor smells like an old hotel. I arrived in Taiwan on a rainy day and stayed here for just one night. The hallway to the 12th floor had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room was quite dark, and the exhaust fan—or was it the air conditioner?—made a loud noise in the middle of the night. Since it’s an "eco room," as they call it, there were no towels provided—a rather surprising omission, considering even the most basic accommodations usually offer at least one. The front desk staff could also be a bit more welcoming with a smile.

I stay here every time I visit relatives in Taipei. The location is fantastic, and the price can't be beat for the quality/comfort of the rooms.

The treadmill was under repair when I was here. Not a big deal, there are many affordable fitness centers nearby.

Excellent location - 1 block from exit #2 of the Nanjing Fuxing metro. A couple of FYIs re: check-in. In reviewing my confirmation, after the fact, I noticed that a 3000 TWD cash security deposit was required. It was not required of me, but if it had been, I wouldn't have been prepared. Also, FYI, the confirmation indicated that parking is not available - but there were cars parked in the parking lot that clearly belonged to guests. Breakfast was fine - but it is adjusted based upon occupancy, i.e. low occupancy - cooked to order vs. buffet.

Really nothing significant. The property would not accept a 200 TWD note. In fact the front desk agent was surprised that I had one - well the ATM issued 5 to me (total of 1000 TWD). Front desk agent told me that the 'accountant' didn't want to deal with those notes. Also, while the property offers an airport shuttle, and it may be a booking.com thing, booking told me nothing was available in either direction (and the trips were at normal hours). I ended up using Uber both ways.

After having stayed during xmas/NYE in overpriced Urtrip, prices dropped ca. 50% and I tried this hotel, since I got much more space for a similar price level. Indeed, if you need more space, this is better than some of those tiny rooms which are wide-spread. I got a quiet room which was great.As far as I remember, matrass was slightly on the softer side (seems to be typical), but I did not have back issues.

Interaction with staff was Taiwan-typical, so don´t expect to get a very close link. The area was not interesting at all, although public transport was ok. In the night it´s dead and you have difficulty to find any food closeby; there are much better areas not too far. Although the square meters are high, the space is not designed very intelligently, so some smaller rooms may actually provide a similar level of comfort. As typical for many Taipei hotels (applies to all of the 3 I tested), they are slightly run down and postpone renovations as long as posible, despite the relatively high prices. Fotos look better than reality. The worst was the sofa, where you really do not want to sit down (see my foto) :-(Make sure you put this sticker on the bed if you want them to make the bed.
