    Pros +

    • Room clean and location very good in downtown
    • I like the hotel in general. Everything is clean and they have everything you need as a traveler.
    • Great location with easy access to buses. Plenty of food and shopping options.

    Cons -

    • Toilet not that clean when use many people. The wall not keep the sound and other can hear when someone go in go out even beside room I think hotel should do material wall for keep the sound actually.
    • We booked a room for two. We had a bunk bed in the room but the space itself doesn't appeal us. Since we had lack of space to open our bags, we need to take turns in order to organize our things. We need to put our bags under the bed to move around .
    • They don't provide towels. That was no problem for me, because I wasn't planning on showering, but if they could figure out a way to get towels for their customers it'd be great.

The staff was very kind and they have little lockers where you can put stuff during the day.

Great location just steps from Da'an City Park.Lots of shops nearby and a Din Tai Fung right at the foot of the building.Definitely a cheap and practical solution 15 minutes by MTR from Central Taipei if you don't have big needs.

The single room is very small, the loft bed is a fake good idea because you can easily hit your head and it is a bit difficult to climb up. The mattress is very soft and I had back pain.My room was humid as hell and it was impossible to ventilate as there are no windows. The air conditioning system also has a dehumidifier function, the remote control is only in Mandarin so you have to fiddle around a bit.I used the laundry but the dryer is very slow. Plan on having 10 NTD coins as other coins are not accepted and it will take several cycles to get dry clothes. The other tenants were quite lively on the weekend and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The common area is very small and does not encourage socializing.

Snug, secure, free drinking water and tea. Cosy rooms. Great location, helpful staff.

Nice area just in front of the park close for all the things ! Night market ! Easy to move

    Curtain are a bit transparency

    The location

Overly packed. Not easy to leave the luggage for extra hours before check-in and after check-out.

    6FrisoPosted on: 11-6-2024

Everything was clean and checkin went smooth. Also the staff, when present, was nice. And I had nice roommates.

I am 185cm and exactly fit on the matras. If I wiggle a tow, I touch the end of the bed. The use dropdown curtens with a metal underbar, which then loudly bangs into the metal bedframe. Also the bedstairs are horrible to climb, they forgot to add grips at both sides

The location is great and it is very essay to connect the front desk via Booking app.

After washing my clothes the dryer didn't really work. It took me hours (really) to dry my clothes.

Booked at the last minute, took the small windowless room which was one of the two last remaining rooms by that time. It had a double-deck bed and desk and chair. A bit small and basic but perfect for an unexpected one-night stay. The place was very clean, well-furnished though a little bit on the small and spartan side (however, all essentials are available). There is a small shared kitchenette and dining/lounging area. If you've read about "tiny houses", this would probably qualify as a "tiny hotel", in a good way, of course. Nice location, just across from Daan Park; lots of eating places nearby. Just 3 blocks from the Dongmen MRT station.

It's easy to miss the entrance and the sign of the hotel; I actually walked past it for a couple of blocks from the MRT station before I realized it. The shared bathroom and toilet cubicles are a little bit cramped, and could probably use extra hooks for hanging clothes out of the way and keeping dry (one of my clothes fell onto the wet floor while dressing up after a shower). But these are not deal-breakers, because they are clean and useful, no frills; and one can easily adapt to how to use them so that there is miminal fuss.

Nice staff. Clean. Very nice location (close to the station, park, and easily accessible by subway). Easy checkout.

Common space is quite small. Nothing to wash you own dishes.

附近的大安森林公园?Close to da’an park ? Staff were very friendly and helpful, but after a certain hour there’s no staff, which can be inconvenient.

Room was small, had no window. Shared bathroom was clean enough but not the cleanest, could be better.

Kind stuff, but not always available

One Bed in the 6 bedroom is super noisy when you are lying on it.

    Ridiculous

They didn't provide me an accommodation I paid for but they tried to charge me, fully... The staffs seemed nice in normal situations. However, my impression changed when problems happened. When I checked in on 14th January 2024, I found notices saying their card keys are not working properly. My card could open both the locker and room that day. But when I came back the next night, my card could not open neither my locker nor my room. I sent them messages via the website I used to book, but they didn't reply for about 12 hours. I first asked them to fix the card. I waited for about 20 minutes, but since they didn't reply, I decided to sleep in another accommodation and sent another message whether they could reimburse the fee for the Da'an park hotel and another. I personally don't think it is unreasonable to ask for reimbursement for another as well because if they provided the accommodation I paid for, I didn't have to pay the extra money. Their reply about half a day later said "according to the cancellation policy of the website, no cancellations, date changes, or refunds for the remaining days can be accommodated after check in date." Their reply doesn't make sense. Did I ask for cancellation? No. Did I ask for date changes? No. Did I ask for refunds for the remaining days? No. I told them what they are doing is something like stealing my money; they were charging me fully without providing the accommodation I paid for. I strongly insisted to refund or I would call a police. Then, they finally suggested to refund the fee for the 15th. (I booked the hotel for five nights, but the amount of money they suggested is less than one fifth. They refused to refund for another accommodation I have to take due to their problems.) If you face a similar situation, you can use my case as a counterexample to their claims. Due to these disastrous problems, I won't recommend this hotel to my friends.

Location. Few minutes walk away from MRT, Daan Park, Yong Kang, Ding Tai Fung, etc. staff (Alis) was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom is just enough for small number of guests but can get busy at times.
