Absolutely fantastic, love the experience. The staff was very responsive, nice and helpful. I personally think that the bathtub was amazing after long day of walking. Definitely recommend this!

Two full sized bedrooms. Perfect for a family with kids, large living area with well appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. They provide a baby cot and high chair. Well maintained and clean.

Very clean property. Very spacious, we got the 2 bedroom Oasis apt for 5 people (3 adults, 2 kids). Very large bathroom in the main room. Very quiet property, we only saw a handful of other guests. Some of these are long term stay guests so this place as a different feel than regular hotel. Not as much hustle bustle. Good location, lots of restaurants around. Staff are all very attentive, helps with our questions.

Close to bus lines, but about 10 mins from nearest metro line. Breakfast of the lounge could be improved-was a little sparse-just yogurt and fruits and sandwiches. But there isn't a lot so you have to wait around for more to be brought out. Perhaps the hotel can add in some more options.

Relatively clean.

Our car was 1.9m and we faced some grief trying to get a lot at the residences even though we should have been entitled 2 lots since we had 2 rooms. Knowing the height of our car, the staff still sent us to their affiliate car park (away from the residences) which had a height limit of 1.8m. They claimed that the car park at their residences were full and made us look for public car park lots nearby. We were not able to find any and the staff then reluctantly and miraculously found a lot for us at the residences. The car park was in fact quite empty (though we are aware the car park is shared). I do not understand why the staff needed to make us go through the hassle to 1. Go to an affiliate car park which we obviously cannot enter, and 2. Find public car park lots nearby, when we were entitled to 2 free car park lots and there obviously were lots available at the residences. Unnecessary trouble for the guests. While the stay was ok, the bed was too soft for our liking n washing machine was old.

Good location and nice apartment.

Swimming pool a bit dark and uninviting with poor changing facilities. Also closed on Mondays and holidays.

I like the layout of the room, the kitchen has provided sufficient cutleries and wine glasses. The bathroom has shower area and bath tub and provides necessary toiletries.

There's a coffee machine in the room but there's no coffee powder. So I have to go to the common area at the basement to get some coffee

Staff tried to nickel and dimed us -to be specific attempted to charge us for extra bed sheet and blanket for a room with three people yet did not have the extra set of bed sheet.

The room was spacious and there was laundry services and a small kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable.

the toilet and showers had no proper curtains/ partition, not very private. The television does not work.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a washer/dryer and clothes line on the balcony. The bathroom was large and well designed. The bed was large and the pillows were comfy. The huge lounge on the B1F was great and had plenty of space to relax, and sample the various free snacks and drinks, or play table football. There were various metro stops within a 15 minute walk.

The property shows some signs of wear, but nothing that affected our stay.

The food in lounge was good, there were croissant, choco cream bun, (they were delicious, and you can make them warm with oven) coffee machin, free cokes. Room was spacious enough walk and cook around. desk was also useful to make table for food or put books or maps. there were only two seats to sit, one is edge of sofa, and the other is chair. so one of we three people had to sit on the trash bin. The staff did really a good job. I know taiwan people are kind, but they were really kind and helpful. My sister lost her boots in the airport limousine bus, and we found they are in the lost and find in main station. he wrote a letter for us to get it at the mainstaion. We used swimming pool twice, the water was clean and almost we're the only people using. The shower room was small, and kept no amanity but only smal soap. but had hair dryer. the location was also good, family mar and 7/11 around, and 5 min walk to u-bike, 15 min walk to metro.

there was creepy anbandoned empty building just oposite to our room. the building's balcony windows were wide open so we could see inside the room and even dirty toilets through the window very cleary. day and night we couldn't open the curtains because outside the building was so creepy.

Couldn’t find the swimming pool anywhere.

This apartment is clean, air cond enough cold and is big and comfortable. 7-11 just opposite. Many restaurants nearby. We will back again this apartment.

Please improve the bed and pillow. Its too soft.

Rooms were amazing. Huge and well appointed. Pool is lovely - they have caps but BYO.

But if a walk to MTR. Taxis are cheap if you have luggage though.
