Room was clean and spacious

Internet connection wasn’t very good and breakfast was terrible

Good location which is closed to MTR in 2 mins by foot. Housekeeping did a good job, the room was clean and made me feel comfortable to sleep.

The room doesn't have good sound proof, I can hear people talking in their room even the room is right across from me. Front desk staff didn't help to take my luggage when I arrived /left the hotel. Even taxi drivers were surprised the hotel staff didn't have courtesy to help customers. It was a big different from the hotels I have been staying in Taipei. :(

Convenient- Near MRT station . Nice buffet breakfast, good varieties and desserts. Friendly and courteous front staff. Was given early check in at 12:30 upon room availability instead of standard 3 pm check in. Thank you!

No complimentary self service laundry facility

Our room has a double bed with windows, a bath tub, and a private restroom. Breakfast is good. The hotel is close to an MRT station and various sightseeing places.

It’s not yet fully renovated. Thus, some parts inside the hotel need to be refurbished.

The hotel locates at a very nice neighborhood. It is easy to access through the subway. It is very convenience location to stay. The breakfast buffet is a plus.

The room service kept the room clean every day throughout my 4 day stay. The breakfast was good. Room was clean and was good.

The location is good, near to one of mrt station. I like the cleanliness of the room.

The breakfast is not very fantastic, I can easily get something better nearby. The cost of using washing machine is higher from other hotel.

Fair price, great value, quiet neighborhood, great location near MRT station. 2 mrt stops away from the Taipei train and high speed rail stations.

Clean room with bathroom. No space to put a large suitcase. Good breakfast. Very good location, next to the exit from the station there is a street leading to the hotel. I recommend this hotel

Good location next to National and Indigenous Museums, the breakfast is very good. Used the free laundry.

Nice breakfast selection, but could have a little more choice, how about some pancakes, for example?I chose this hotel because the breakfast was included in the room price. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet for Taipei, which can be noisy.We were able to leave our luggage on the last day.

The biggest earthquake in 25 years on our first morning put a bit of a dampner on the trip. Having said that, of course, I don't blame the hotel for this, and indeed, one member of the restaurant staff directed us out into the street where it was safe.

Location is 2min walk to MRT station. Express check in. The bathroom is big. The room is spacious. Having 2 full body massage chairs and a foot massager at the lobby made the difference. You can use it for free 24/7. Breakfast buffet was good.

There's a bad smell in the bathroom. It's like coming from the sewage. But not too strong. There's mosquitos at the lobby. Elderly people having a difficult time going to breakfast area located at B1 using the stairs because there is no elevator.

The hotel is very close to subway station in which the subway station exit has escalator to go up and down to the station. You don't need to take up your heavy luggage and walk the stairs.

Good location, staff had good standard of English, varied breakfast, near to the Metro/convenience stores/restaurants. Great place to stay in a great city.

Next to several construction sites, not noisy, but very bright at night. Lights slipped in the room from edges of curtains, might affect sleep

Nice and friendly staff. We enjoyed the included breakfast. The housekeeping staff did a great job. The location right by the MRT station is helpful.
