Good and convenient location

Staff were unhelpful, the heat didn't work in the room, and it felt claustrophobic with no windows. I'm surprised that's even legal in Taiwan.

Location was great. Very convenient access to metro.

The room was older and not as clean as was shown in the photos.

The service and staff were excellent. Attentiveness like a 5 star hotel.

The building is showing its age a bit. There were water stains in various spots on the walls and ceiling. Other than that, the room itself was very clean and well maintained. That said, I would certainly stay there again.

Location was good, bathtub is very good for a bath.

I think the rooms and facility in general is quite old.

- Given a room without a window- Remotes in the room that don't do anything/aren't for anything- Control for the lights didn't make any sense (only a few switches controlled everything), and eventually stopped working properly. We had to call for help, after coming back in the evening to deal with them, and they spent nearly an hour fiddling with them only to just remove them entirely- Needed to call reception for help a few times and they hung up on our first attempt every time- Hair dryer in the bathroom was the weakest one I've ever seen

Did not have breakfast pkg since Taipei Xingyi district is filled with shops and eateries.Location is very convenient for Taipei MRT access.Staff at front desk and the cleaning maids were all very friendly and helpful.They were very kind to help hold my luggage for few days while I was away in the south of Taiwan.

I did have a very unpleasant experience when I first got to my assigned room with many issues, after I told the front desk all the problems of the room she was able to help switch my room on the second night on, my booking was for total 4 nights.

The location is awesome. 3 min walking to MRT station. There are Poya, Startbucks and sushi place nearby. Free water and snack if you request room clean service daily.

- Room Lighting: The room was significantly too dark; inadequate lighting for reading or working.- Cleanliness Issue: The sofa in the room had a visible, old stain.- Housekeeping: During a multi-week stay, sheets were re-organized but not consistently changed.- Key Card Failure: The room key cards demagnetized extremely easily (next to a phone/wallet) requiring frequent trips to the front desk.- Initial Odor: The hallway had a strong, humid, unpleasant smell upon arrival, which created a poor first impression.

The location is great, easy access to the heart of the city and metro. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s dated and the room has a not-so-pleasant smell. We booked the eagle suite for the washing machine but the machine is 20+ years old and took forever to dry the laundry. The room has a closed balcony that was leaking water from the rain and molded the wall. The balcony cover was quite dirty and noisy with heavy rains. Not a pleasant sight to see.

The room is clean, also the bed and bathroom with jacuzzi are good and comfortable. The location is good, close to Breeze shopping mall, easy to walk, the staffs also friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast was also good

Didn't have breakfast. The hotel was just around the corner from my sons residence so was perfectly positioned. It was very close to the cbdso was easy to walk around and very close to the MRT.

Staff have a very helpful & friendly attitude.

The hot water pressure to the bath was very poor. The aircon in the room very cold. No English language TV stations available.

Room was unexpectedly big with Jacuzzi!

The location is a plus. Many eateries are within walking distance, and the MRT station is within a 5-minute walk, which brings you to many tourist attractions. Since it is a suite setup, it separates the bedroom and study area, which I find good because I can do some work and not disturb someone resting.

The window view is only at the shower area and closed off most of the time.

Great shower. Full bar of fantastic soap.

Dark corridors

Staff was pleasant and never bothered us during our stay.

One of the lamps in our room kept flickering on and off. The doors were dampened and closed very slowly and would shut loudly when unexpected. The bathroom was separated from the bed room by a large window so we had to keep the curtains down when using the bathroom.

Great service comfy room and good location

The only redeeming factor is their accommodating staff, but this is not a 4-star hotel. This is a 2-star hotel max.

DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES. I booked this hotel even though it was pricey because the photos looked really good but once we got inside the room, oh boy… it looked like a ran down hotel with heavy stains on both the carpet and the sofa. You know and feel when the room isn’t being cleaned regularly. Smells moldy, dusty, and even though I booked a non-smoking room, it smelled like someone smoked in there and they just tried to mask it with some spray that hides the smell during the first 1 hour of your check-in. We booked a 3-night stay and we wanted to be out of there during our first minute. Sadly we arrived at 2am, so we didn't have a choice but as soon as we woke up, we just checked out and luckily got a refund on the remaining unused nights. If only we didn’t arrive at 2am, we would’ve just tanked the first night’s fee just to not sleep there. Check reviews on other websites too because reviews here on booking app seem biased.Exterior is also dirty with no parking space for your uber. You have to bring your luggage through a small uphill towards their entrance. Old elevator, keycards, heater. Just not a high quality hotel like they claim. Other hotel we checked into was $60 cheaper and better in every way. Lots of drunk and smoking people outside the lobby door late at night, no security. Lobby has no class, it feels like it hasn't been maintained in ages including their elevators.

It offers good value for money with a convenient location, making it a solid choice for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and service was satisfactory.

The overall room experience was disappointing. The carpet was noticeably dirty. Additionally, the lack of windows made the room feel somewhat claustrophobic. We stayed for 5 nights and we could have asked to change the room but we didn't. While the stay was manageable, the outdated feel and cleanliness issues might make me consider other options next time.
