The Tango Hotel Taipei Nanshi

Very good location. Easy access from Taipei main station. Two mall around the corner plus many restaurant all around. A plus is walking distance to night market. I've stayed here for AMPA show and initially was going to book a hotel on the blue line.

Hotel had all the amenities you would need for your stay, only thing it didn¿t have was a gym. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a large group and they assisted us on all our travel needs.

Only thing we didn¿t like was the construction going on at the time of our visit but that wasn¿t the hotel¿s fault

Location of the hotel is very close to Zhongshan MRT exit

Bathroom showercaulking and faucet caulking have molds. Give me the child when I¿m showering having to look at the molds and while I¿m brushing my teeth or washing my face. Wish they would have used bleach to kill the molds or re-caulk it with new caulk

The location is perfect.

There is a construction going on behind the hotel. Is is very noisy from 8:30am to 5:30pm every weekday...

Location is excellent. You really can't get better than this. Even in NYC standard, this is beyond expectations for convenience and comfort. Taxi arranged by TANGO to airport is easy and more affordable. Bathroom is much more modern than the bedroom. Love the smart toilet as well as the tub/tv.

The rooms and hallways are carpeted, which absorbs any type of moisture. For a tropical climate, I wish they had upgraded to wooden or bamboo flooring. Check-in at 4pm is NOT okay.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The location was absolutely amazing - only one stop away from Taipei Main Station and then only a couple of hundred feet away from a station exit which made it easy to get around, especially when it was raining. Right the across the street from Din Tai Fung so was able to grab a number and head back and wait. So many other stores and restaurants close by.Had a room with a view of the main road with some great views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and slept very well. Generous with the bottled water and mini bar drinks. Breakfast was very nice with some great options. (Shout out to the woman on the hotel staff that was doing everything for breakfast herself! She was incredible!)I stayed over my birthday and to my surprise they had a bottle of wine and card waiting for me when I came back at night! Unexpected but very thoughtful!

The WiFi wasn’t very good on the 10th floor. The WiFi was amazing on the 1st floor during breakfast so I think it may be how close in proximity you are to where the router is located that impacts how well it works.

The carpet and some towels are old. Some of the room’s equipment, such as toilet, lighting system, are fancy but not intuitive to use. Took me a long time to figure out how to turn off and on lights. Which is annoying when I was very tired from a long day of travel. a good Hôtel should also prioritize ease of use, not only high end fancy equipment.

For some reason, my room had an Exit sign at the inside of door.It was bright and very annoying at night.

Breakfast no good for international travellers. We would have had our breakfast at 7-11 if we had known earlier. Bedroom windows (9th floor) and roof lights in the lobby / breakfast area need a good clean. Not sure they have been cleaned since the hotel opened

Location convenient

It was first reserved room 306 and it was dark due to it faced to the alley and next building, need to keep the curtain closed. cannot open window due to the metal ladder beside it. Once the window opened and not able to close. Keep on asking to switch room since day 1,but they finally moved me to 10th fl with extra cost of 300 on the third day stayed. Although it’s a small extra charge but I don’t think I should pay, I think they are doing this purposely. My family member had the same incident and got moved from 3rd fl to 10th fl with no charge at all.

The location is perfect less than 100 meters from the subway The breakfast was really good

Check-in is after 4:00 p.m., which is the latest I've ever seen at any hotel I've stayed in.They gave me room 3001, which is actually a room designed for a disabled person.The shower drainage hasn’t been designed properly, and it floods the bathroom every time it’s used.The room is really dark and the lights are not strong enough which make the room unwelcoming

It was very quiet, the bathroom was great with a spa bathtub & a shower

The internet was poor, the connection was weak and was dropping out quite often

Superb location, clean room with one of the most comfy beds. The service is also nice, free mini bar refilled daily.

Location is superb. Room size is reasonable.

There were a few Twisties snacks under the bed. The housekeeping wasn't thorough.

Near the Zhongshan area with green and red line subway exit 3 within 2 mins. Breakfast is ok.
