The address i got was of the previous location, a block away. Had to investigate to find out the new location, missed a few heart beats...

The location is great, very near to everything that matters as a tourist

Do not book their single room, there is no bed that just a mattress on the floor. Also there are no hooks to hang the towel on. I’m not going into the size of the room because it’s Asia after all

Great location. Staff were wonderful. They always refill the water bottles in the room. Price was affordable for the fact it was in ximending, 4 minutes from ximen station.

Walls are thin, you can hear everything from the room next to you and the shower running above you. Bed could be more comfortable, and if you are 5’10”(178cm), you are longer than the mattress and you have to sleep diagonally or with bent legs.

This is better than midtown richardson, corner property with great view.

Maybe, we can improve a more fluent english speaking staff since this is a hotel, i think it is better to have a fluent english speaking staff. But all staff that we encountered are nice

Location, room size, room facilities

We were intentionally assigned a room that had already been used by another guest. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and transparency.We saw the guests returning the keycards and overheard them mention using the room and slippers. The receptionist still insisted it was not used, clean and checked. When we entered, the toilet (urine on toilet seat) and bed showed clear signs of use. We had to request at least some cleaning and new sheets because room change was denied. The whole process made us very late for our plans.This post is not to get anyone in trouble, but I hope the hotel implements a proper solution for situations like this.

Room is too small. The window doesn't insulate street noise. The bed is just a mattress on the floor. No chair to sit.

TINY room, the bed takes up the whole space, and it was FREEZING and the heat did not work. The staff gave me a hard time about bringing a friend upstairs and threatened to charge me extra.

The lift is kind of small

The location is phenomenal. It’s near major locations like main transportation, MRT & Busses, and a short walk to Taipei Main Station if you want to walk. The staff has been friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and neat. It’s near plenty of food locations as well.

My room was small. It was a struggle for me to put my light travel stuff because there wasn’t a proper storage space for it. I think the price tag should be a bit lower for the space I’m paying for it.

The location and the large space of the room

The sound of the car due to the hotel is located at the junction. However, if you wear ear pugs, it gonna be fine. (I stay at 2nd floor room)

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable especially the one that lives at Yangmingshan and the night shift staff

I couldn’t control my aircon as it is tied to central control

The hotel was centrally located, with easy access to both airports by MRT. Check in and checkout were easy.

The economy single room I stayed in had no bed—Just a mattress on the floor, in a subtropical climate, getting no air circulation under it or on the three sides that abutted the walls. That’s super not sanitary and not how mattresses work. The air conditioning cooled the room to a frosty 22C, even when set to higher temperatures like 27-28. Turning it off just made the room hot and muggy fast. The bathroom is separated by a glass wall, which is frosted by the shower, but not the toilet. If you stay as a couple, someone will have a view, and not the good kind. Finally, the rooms and lobby have been freshened, but the elevator gives away the dinginess and age of the hotel just beneath the surface.

Nearby the night markets and train.

I have experienced a lot of body rashes when sleeping at night and itchiness. Not sure of it's the beddings

This place is all about the location!

My room was smaller in person - there was no room to place your luggage. That being said, I did book the smallest room type (no window) as I was only staying for 2 nights.
