Breakfast is nice.

Facility is kind of old. Water leaking inside the bathroom. Bathroom cabinet is kind of old.

Nice quiet location with easy access to the MRT.

The hotel is very closed to MRT Jingan and quite comfortable to travel here. The room is very clean and staff is also supportive.

Very bad, never book again. Not real 3 Star quality.

Very cold , not heating, this is not acceptable. First day, they bought from outside no buffet and no choice, not declared in offer. If they declare it, I will not book this hotel. The restaurant smells very strong. The edge of the bathtub is dirty.

The bed was super comfortable and it came with two sets of cushions.Breakfast was good too.

The bathtub didn't look very clean, there were some stains inside and in the border, se we couldn't use it. Also the bathroom door let the water come out and the floor got a large poodle

Staff, breakfast and location were amazing and great. It’s a 8min walk to the metro station and neighborhood has plenty of food options.Staff were super attentive and helpful. Lobby and room decor looked nice.

Our whole family had severe allergic reactions while in the hotel. My 1year old and I had our asthma triggered due to something in the air or carpet. My wife and 5 year old had minor symptoms including sore throats and coughs. Once outside congestion was gone and we mostly recovered but my youngest and I weren’t able to sleep all night.

Breakfast wasn't served for many days. Instead, we were served fried dumplings and sou milk, which were not good.

Only the location. Capability/Price is very low.

The smoke smell in the room could not be removed. Although the hotel was advertised as non-smoking, there was no restriction on other guests smoking. When we check in,the room was full of smoke,causing the child to cough all the time.

Bedding was good, and bathroom facilities were good. Also, shower is new, and lots of functions. And car parking service was good. Breakfast was moderate.

In the corner of the room were so dusty. Also, behind the furniture, shelfs, etc, we found lots of dust, so we felt the room is not so clean.

Unlimited amenities and mini bar. Not bad for a 3 star hotel

Room could have been cleaner but maybe the hotel was still recovering from the pandemic

The lobby smells of cigarette smoke. I stay there for several nights and my first room also smells of cigarette smoke. The staff though helped me to change room.

It’s clean, looks well maintained. staff there are all very very helpful and friendly. love the location the most, near to the MRT. there is even a hot tub which is great!!

no window. mosquito. bed are quite old, I can feel the spring. the wall are paper thin, sound proofing is very poor. I can hear people walking and coughing sound through the door. I can even hear the water pipes running and toilet door closing from the rooms above and below.

nice staffs. good location(subway, convenience, pharmacy, restaurant, bakery, coin laundry ). comfortable Jacuzzi.

room cleaning time is not fast. after asking room cleaning, need to many time. (early morning I asked room cleaning. and I returned after about an hour, but it was not cleaned.)
