- LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFFS.
Cons -
- Well, the carpets in the rooms really need a good deep cleaning - they are rather stained. Memory foam toppers would be nice for the single beds.
- Traffic noise outside early in the morning
- The bed - can feel the spring quite uncomfortable

Excellent basement lounge w variety of snacks + the tea eggs which is a real treat. The massage chair is great
The laundry service, small snack provided and dining area
The bed - can feel the spring quite uncomfortable
This is my second staying, to me the hotel is exceptional.Cozy and homie. Room not super new but clean, comfort and convenience. No breakfast but there are snack / coffee / tea ....relaxing area with game and massage chair (my favorite).Next trip i sure stay here again.
The location is very good. It is easy to get from the Red Line. The staff were okay when you asked specific questions or had specific requests. The common area downstairs is comfortable and a nice addition.
The NOISE was crazy. At 2:20am on Dec. 31, 2025 and there was still construction going on right next to us - it sounded like a jackhammer. They did provide ear plugs in the room, so they are obviously aware of the NOISE problem. I completely understand day time construction, but the hours of construction were extreme to say the least. Once the construction next door is finished, the hotel might be half decent. I know the hotel may not be able to control a construction company, but I checked with locals the next day, and they were shocked, and it is illegal for construction companies to be working at this time, so when it does happen, the front desk should be logging complaint with the city everytime NOISE happens outside the legal hours. They should also notify guests ahead of their stay of this problem. Next, the room had a balcony door that we were not allowed to use that would not completely seal, making the room not only noisy, but also quite cold. Given that Taipei is in Northern Taiwan, we assumed that the airconditioning unit in the room would also act as a heater. We froze the first night. The next day we went on a day trip to the northern part of the island. It rained heavily the whole time so we came back to the hotel wet and cold, and the room was freezing and no matter how high we set the thermostat the temperature remained at 17 degrees. After going to the front desk to ask questions about how the heating system worked, because we had it set at 27 degrees, they told us that there is no heat in the hotel only air-conditioning. To their credit, they did arrive with a space heater so we could eventually heat the room, but it bags to question, why this information is not clearly posted in each room, or that space heater are not automatically placed in rooms during colder periods. Along with this, there is no soft lighting in the room, so if one person wants the lights on, then the room is very bright, adding dimmer switches would be a good touch.
1. The room was spacious. 2. The staff was nice. 3. The location is nearby MRT.
1. The noise from the street. 2. The shower door wouldn't close completely. 3. The carpet was dirty and the room had a smell.
Extremely well-located. Very kind and understanding staff that helped us with a refund when we decided this hotel was not for us.
Where to begin…the pictures of the room I booked are not accurate in the least. The room was filthy with dirty carpets, smudges on the walls, and garbage in the restroom wastebasket from the last guest. Yuck. My husband and I got in very late and had nowhere else to go, but we didn’t move hotels in the morning, thank goodness. The bed was clean, thankfully, but hard as a rock. There was a condom and a tiny packet of lube provided on the side table of the bed—I get the sense that you can rent this hotel by the hour, if you know what I mean.
Big room and very good location near Shuanglian metro station.
The room needs renovation. The room was clean in general but the sofa and the bathtub were not very appealing.
Not too far from Shuanglian metro station. Cheap compared to other hotels.
Bathroom is old and dirty (mouldy). Aircon could only blow cold air, which means no heating in winter. The aircon has bad positioning; it is too close to bed and directly aimed to it. Sound insulation is non-existent, which means all night you can hear all your neighbors doing the naughty. Cushions were very uncomfy.
sauna and B1free foods
bath and washing
I like the ambiance and comfortable environment and especially the coffee vending machine which is free, unlimited massage hehe. And also they agreed to stay us in B1 while waiting on our flight
Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Shower was hot at all hours. Staff were very friendly, complementary water and tea etc. Great location close to the MRT. With the booking discount it was great value for money
The room was clean and spacious. Daily renew snacks and teas is the perfect one. My husband and I love it so much. Will come to here again
Non
Very close to MRT station, very close to restaurants. The staff clean the room everyday.

Air-conditioning is good, water is good, have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand sanitizer
This is the 3rd time we booked this hotel, we are always 3 people and chose the 3 people room, I like it so much have sauna and have separate door for couple, but this time ? sad,, the staff said, he upgraded it to 4 people room. But 4 people room doesn't have a private door for couples. So in 3 nights my boyfriend and I don't have intimate moments together since her sister can hear us and see us easily ? I planned this trip. I hope nexttime they don't do that again since I booked it earlier I really like the 3 people room. I know the room was already given to other without us knowing ?
Enough space. Good location. Reasonable price.
No view from the window.
Although they don't advertise free breakfast among their amenities, there were always warm tea eggs, pots of jello, crispy snacks and tea/coffee/chocolate to start my day with. The treadmill and massage chair in the basement are a nice touch. The lotion, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room dispensers were nice-smelling and effective. I appreciated the in-room crispy snacks and refrigerator.
Although I appreciated the large window, it seemed to have some blue film on it that reduced the light entering the room. This is probably good for energy efficiency and privacy, but I would have preferred the sunlight. The mattress was pretty hard, but to my surprise it didn't hurt to sleep on. On 2 of my 3 nights I heard a fair amount of noise from either neighboring rooms or other voices in the building.
The location is great. Staff was quite helpful and pleasant. I really liked all the extra care that they do for the guests.
The single beds were just too worn out. And it's an old facility, so there are quite a few places to look after.
