I think it would be nice if they had more vegetarian options, but it it was good otherwise.I like the staff they are very accommodating and kind.They help with my request of getting and iron /board and more hangers immediately. they helped also with communication-not many speak English

its the restaurant-like I said not enough vegetarian options especially considering you are in Taipei

Location- It was close to 101, Breeze and other good shopping and dining locations. Very close to the MTR.

It was right next to the clubbing/drinking district, which means loud music until about 3 in the morning.

Convenient location for shopping, but terrible location to have a good night of sleep. This hotel is on a super busy night club street, where people party till 3:30am next morning, every single day!

Climate control is problematic. Place had the classic taiwan smell i.e. a very faint mold smell due to humidity. Could not control the temp in the room. Either humid or too cold. In addition, our room was facing a club which played music until 4 am, had to wear ear plugs.

Very central location and clean, modern facilities. Shopping area and restaurants are just a few steps away. Train station is also very near.

The staff were kind, courteous, and easy to communicate with. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with complete amenities. The check-in process was smooth, and detailed instructions were provided in advance. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation. Complimentary toiletries, including toothbrush and toothpaste, were a nice touch.

Nothing major—just that the room lighting could be slightly brighter for reading or working and improve the room sound proofing not to noise from bars and clubs nearby. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The room is very clean, same goes for the bathroom. I checked in early before my room’s ready. The staff kindly moved all my things into my room for me when i returned in the evening. Would highly recommend this hotel as i truly felt like living at home.

If people are loud on the streets over the weekend, you can hear them in your rooms if you live on the lower floors. I didnt mind.

The location is fine. At the heart of the finance center and a convenient neighborhood.

1. There are really lots of super busy night clubs surrounding the hotel. Music and sounds of people are loud throughout the night. Not recommend this place to people who are sensitive to sounds when trying to sleep. 2. The whole room was so humid during our stay. The pillows and bed sheets were like wet due to the humidity of the environment.

Very clean, very friendly staff, the tv was big, and liked the gym collaboration.

Not enough chairs in the room, bathtub took up lots of space in the bathroom, and AC did not stay cool.

The room was spacious, the location was amazing, the staff were welcoming and kind. Check-in was quick.

The location is right beside a few bars and clubs which can be a bit loud and intense at night in the area.

NOISY AT NIGHT. I was awakened by the noise at 1:52am because the hotel is surrounded by bars. People were laughing and talking loudly. I didn't get to go back to sleep until 4:00am until it got a bit quiet.

Very good location to the city centre, walkable distance in Xinyi

It’s located on the street of all the night clubs and bars, so you will hear people screaming and loud music even if you stay on a top floor.The room also smelt like cigarettes.
