Great location within walking distance to the main train station. Frequent buses running in front of the hotel. Laundry room was really helpful. Good common area in the basement for working. Friendly staff.

Location was great near Taipei Main Station. We only stayed one night so I don't recall much except the room was spacious and the front desk lady was very helpful when I asked where to buy fruit. The room was nice and spacious.

The location is perfect, very close to the station and shops. The room is clean. It has a laundry room with free detergent for washing clothes.

Prime location, helpful staff, and very clean facility. They let us keep our bag safely in the lobby for most of the day as we had a very late flight.

Perfect location. A few steps away from Taipei Main Station, Taipei Airport Train, Ximending. Lots of food options around the area. The basement lounge was a lifesaver. It was so cozy, there’s free coffee, water, plates and utensils. Service was very good too.

This hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Taipei metro station, Beimen metro station, Taipei train station and Taoyuan metro station. There is two washing machine and dryers behind the main reception which hotel guests can use free of charge. The room was of reasonable size.

If your room come with breakfast, the hotel will only provide MacDonald food vouchers. Other than this, there is nothing i can think of.

Daily housekeeping.

There was a musty smell upon entering the room. Space in room is tight, actual room does not really look like the photo of the room on the booking website. Expected a bigger room as it was stated as 33 sq m but it looked more like 23sq m. Perhaps the room size includes the toilet as toilet is big.

The location is great, very central. Its nice to have free laundry facilities. The people were very nice too. The beds were really pretty comfortable. The sheets were an excellent quality. Given where we were, the room was a decent size too. Overall, this was a pretty good stay, there are just little things that kept it from being much better.

There was no way to keep the shower from getting the entire bathroom drenched. Coffee was only available in the lounge and you weren't allowed to bring cups of coffee back to the room. You're not allowed to flush toilet paper down the toilet due to the old pipes in the hotel (this isn't as bad as it sounds, the toilet comes equipped with a bidet). Finally, there is no toilet scrub brush in the bathroom.

Centrally located to many cafes, 7-11s, Family Marts, restaurants. Close to the Taipei Main Station and a 15 min walk to Ximending. Staff is responsive, super friendly and helpful. Hotel has luggage storage and make every effort to accommodate room request. Free laundry is a plus and the hotel recently added a lounge in B1 to kick back. This is our go to hotel when we are in Taipei.

Good location, not far from the Main Station. The room size is big enough for 2 persons. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Room a bit old, Bathroom a bit small. Only one Elevator, sometimes took long to wait.

Feels quite old and definitely way too expensive for what it offers, but unfortunately it’s a general phenomenon for most hotels in Taipei.

Bathroom design was perfect set up & spaciously sized. Complimentary laundry service was exactly what we needed for our 13 day trip. Staff was great in accommodating our requests for extended checkout & airport service arrangements. Centrally located & beds were just right comfort for our long days out. Would definitely stay here again!!

The room was big and clean, including the bathroom which was great! Staff were nice and accommodating. Location is walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Ximending shopping street.

The room is nice and clean. What I like the most is toilet and bathroom. Although there is little soundproof and the room is quite small, the bed is comfortable.

Amazing, the premise is quite small, but its in amazing location, brilliant amenities, free laundry, free breakfast order. You got everything u need.

The sofa is sometimes dirty, and towel sometimes smelly, but its all quite minor. Slightly overpriced? I can pick a more fancy hotel with 30% additional price. But if you are in budget, here is quite good
