Location: metro is in walking distance and a huge mall right across the street. The food is awesome at the hotel and the staff is super nice.

Dinner reservation is difficult because they sell out so fast.

The gym and spa exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I'd definitely go back. The dining experience at Danny's Steakhouse was great too.

Facilities were great. Pool and Onzen were excellent. The best of all was breakfast. So many varieties and quality foods were served during breakfast.

They didn’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste and other things like that

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Booked the hotel because I wanted to try its buffet dinner. After check in I realized that is impossible to reserve its dinner buffet as the restaurant is fully reserved until 2 months later. Very crowded hotel with lots of family with young kids. Executive lounge serving afternoon tea refreshments is used by guests for lunch and even dinner. Breakfast buffet is as busy and crowded as a bazaar.

For the TIMTOS exhibition this is an ideal Hotel. Perhaps why level of guests are high during exhibition more restaurants are needed,

not enough common areas to sit for meetings / bars

Amazing amenities, especially the sauna and spa. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

The hard ware of the property was excellent. Rooms were clean, modern, spacious and comfy. The spa was most appreciated with clean amenities and good service.

The software however is lacking. Check in was unnecessary long as well with antiquated paper coupon systems for breakfast with time allocation?! Breakfast was a nightmare with long queues at the reception where 4-5 staff were huddling over a paper copy of the seating layout plan. Although variety of food were plentiful, the quality was so so.

VIP room available during the stay for food and drink with additional payment. Can be totally relaxed during the whole stay there.Parking lot is very spacious and convenient . Can drive in and out any time without worrying about no place to park the car. Morning buffet is of a great variety.It is a modern/clean/new hotel. VIP room and night service staff was kind.

Smell from the parking basement.Frequent Visitor(?) took the nuts out without using tongs in the VIP room.

Almost far from most famous shopping but it worth staying

The bed and pillows were super comfortable and everything was brand new!!! Loved the stand alone bathtub so much. And the buffet breakfast was amazing too.

It’s a bit of walk to the station. The laundry service was way too expensive! If they can offer a laundry room like that’d be even better.

Nice and clean facilities.All staffs from ladies at the sauna to front desk are professional, smart and kind.I could make good memories with my grandma.Thank you to make wonderful moment; my first and last traveling with her.

Very modern, clean and high class hotel. Very roomy and wonderful comfy bed. All the staff are super friendly! Enjoy staying here and for sure will come back!

Nothing!

It’s new. Gym is a reasonable size with good equipment for a hotel. The smell of the property is nice and it’s close to the MRT.

Moved to 3 different rooms by the staff. They hold your money when you check in and then charge you again. This means they currently have £600 of my money which they say won’t be returned for 2 weeks. I’ve no idea why they couldn’t haveJust processed the initial payment rather than taking 2. Inefficient and quite frankly without reason other than to hold my money. Won’t be staying here again. It’s not a terrible place but for one that pretends to be 5 star it’s not up to scratch. Needs to improve or it’ll only get worse as the property and its facilities begin to age. I won’t be coming back.
