Great location central. If you pay over 1300 ntd is too much. It's not 4 stars more like 2 stars.The staff is really nice. But the building is old, filled with issues, too loud, windows facing internal corridor or other buildings. The AC was losing so much water every time and it was like a torture at night, water drops, plus my computer got wet since AC was on top of the desk, did not realize since I immediately went out, but got the surprise coming back, luckily for them the computer still worked. Most things were old and not working, towels were dirty and smelly, probably did not get changed which is quite unbelievable. Also the luggage storage is just the corridor in front of the building entrance which anyone could enter. Also unbelievable early check in policy. Check in is 4 pm ok, 3pm early check in can be possible if the room is clean for free, but if you want early check in you have to pay 400 ntd per hour, so 2 pm check in you would have to pay 400 ntd and 1 pm check in is 800 ntd, while one night during the week would cost around 1300-1400 ntd. So this policy is really nonsense, 300 ntd max for early check in would be reasonable considering check out is 11 am. Basically it's like an hostel with private bathroom, not ideal for couples or families. More for single travellers. The location is great and really central, plenty of places to eat, mtr is near, many buses etc. most things are walking distance and 24-7, the staff is also nice, wifi is ok, shower is ok, but bathroom is glass windows so basically only for couples or single travellers, but the building is quite old and rotten, they need to refit it and then they can justify the price over 1400 ntd. During the week days is around 1400ntd so that price is still ok for the area, but the weekend over 4000 ntd a night is too much since is the same old room you get during the week for less 1400 ntd.

AC was dripping and making everything wet, rooms are really old, towels were dirty and smelly since I guess they only changed the ones that the previous customer left on the floor.

Close to the station and center. Room is spacious. Friendly staff and can speak some English. Affordable price.

A bit old and soundproof not really good. Aircon only has cooling mode not heating, quite inconvenient on cold days.

Room was big and comfortable , have a good view of Taipei 101 from the roof deck

Walls are a bit thin, you can hear the people talking in the other room

Beautiful view of 101 tower from the room. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Clean and quiet.

The desk staff was great! Helpful, friendly, kind, and patient with us, who are just leaning Mandarin.

It would be helpful to have a microwave and coffee maker in room.

Room vas big and clean very good bathroom. Lovely quiet rooftop with great night cityscape views close to raohe night market and metro line

Building is old and molds were everywhere. Not maintained very well but still very comfortable staying for extended period of time.

When I arrived in the room there were no hand towels or hand soap. They gave me hand towels the second day but never provided any hand soap during my trip. Washer and dryer did poor job of cleaning clothes

Carpet in the walkway is very dirty,9th floor laundry area is very bad,Clean workers are very few,Bed should be one queen size, not two double beds put together,

Location is really good. Raohe night market and 101 with the whole Xinyi district are in the walking distance (to me). Price was fine.

It doesnt feel like a 4 star hotel, on the photos it looks nice, but room was really little bit outdated and old. Windows in our room have no view at all. If you are after luxury, this is not the best hotel for you. But for this money I was ok with everything.

Bathroom is full of mould and it looks very dated and different from the photos on the website. It can be quite noisy at midnight for the room closed to the street. I was also promised there are two windows in my room, however, the windows are facing the building wall. The lights in the lift needs to be fixed as its quite dark compared to the other one.

The hotel room is a bit outdated without view and windows are covered. But good value for money if these doesn’t bother you. Very friendly staffs and walking distance to the subway.

Funds was deduct from my credit card 2 weeks before arrival, which shouldnt.it was advertised that not funds will be take till arrivalcleanliness, there were a lot of black mould on the walls

The room itself is good, and looks really nice. It's small but you're in the heart of Taipei so what more can you ask for.

The amount of mold in the bathroom is unacceptable. It was on everything, the curtains, the tiles, windows etc. We stayed for only 4 nights but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay. Can't be healthy. Our bathroom was in between the bedroom and outdoor windows, so we also couldn't open our curtains during the day because you had to close them each time for the bathroom.

The location was great.

The rooms were stuffy and had a weird smell. There wasnt any warm water, so taking a bath was pointless. The walls was dirty, definitely need some maintenance done.
