DONT COME.

I had a terrible experience. Several things in the room were broken, including the bathtub faucet and the ceiling light. The hotel failed to address these issues even after I complained. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Clean, modern hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Convenient location right next to Huzhou BR21 metro station.We also found a great authentic beef noodles restaurant a couple blocks away, filled with locals. Highly recommend that as well.

First room had a strong burnt plastic smell. After a bit of back and forth with the front desk, we were able to change rooms. Receptionist was professional the entire time.If going to TPE airport, take an Uber rather than public transportation unless you don't mind taking up to 1.5 hours to commute. Uber was 40 minutes without traffic.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location wise is quiet and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. Recommended.

Amenities, breakfast buffet, room size and cleanliness were amazing! The water fountain provided on our level was a nice touch as well. Although we didn't get to use the laundry room it was great to know we had one. Beitou area is quite nice and calm compared to the hustle and bustle of the main cities.

We had a room facing the main road and even though it was on the 12th level it was still very loud. The windows seem quite thin and did not block out noise. Location was far from the main areas so we found ourselves travelling quite a bit each day but the price, amenities and size of the room made up for this.

Clean, neat and no odd smell. The room and bathroom are really spacious and bright. I also got the good view from my windows. Thumbs up to the service staff!!

The position where the toilet is placed is too close to the wall and small bin, feel uncomfortable and narrow to sit on it.

Loved the staff here. They were extremely helpful and gave a free room upgrade our first night. Room was very spacious. Had laundry machines on site for self service. Metro stations is 3 minute walk. Many restaurants nearby. Excellent water pressure and hot water. 30 minutes by metro to central Taipei. Superb value.

Wasn't the most soundproofed. I had no problems sleeping but some people might.

Perfect location to walk to Taipei Tennis Center. Staff friendly and efficient.

Big rooms, perfect for families. We had plenty of space and the hotel provided us with a crib and a baby bathtub. The staff were very nice. Special mention to Allen, who went out of his way with recommendations. He was very welcoming and proactive, made our stay even nicer. The neighborhood is great, so many food options around. Also Dahu Park close by, and you can even do some proper hikes walking-distance from the hotel.

The only drawback was that the neighborhood is quite far so it would take us 45-60min to reach any of the sites by metro or bus. The metro is right next to the hotel though, so even that was easy.

Cheap and clean but not the best location. Room is clean but feel very cold decor wise not the most comfy.

Clean, friendly staff and convenience for metro and shops

Not enough amenities and windows are not good for sounds from outside like i could hear all traffic sounds and couldn't sleep well.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English which is great for travelers that don’t speak much Mandarin. The hotel is right by the MRT and a beautiful park with a great buffet breakfast.

By western standards the bed was a tad too firm, but this is common in Asian countries.

The room is big, good location

The facility is old, a few things broke , the room is old and not maintained very well. Shower temperature fluctuates.

Location and spaciousness of room

Poor facility around the edges, for example shower stall water proofing looked like it was done as a 3rd grade art project. No bidets and the elevators look due for a refresh.

We had a clean spacious room. The staff at reception were professional and friendly. Good basic selection for breakfast.

When I messaged the hotel via Booking.com about pick up and drop off area, it took them almost 24hr to respond.

Very spacious. Clean, modern and had some great extras. Easy access to the MRT. The coffee machine in the room was an A+. Good wifi and amazing staff. Staff were do helpful, polite and smiling. I loved the place as it was highly recommended by a friend.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Great location, very near to convenient stores and train station as well as buss shelters.Great interior room and bathtub.Snacks refilled everyday.

Breakfast is not moslem friendly.Almost all food contain pork.I expect to have mirror inside the room.The only mirror is in the bathroom.
