K Hotel Taipei Nanjing

Location

No pool, no sauna, poor breakfast, poor construction.

Awesome staff named June who understood and accommodated my additional requests. The breakfast variety was delicious too!

Very clean space, great service from staff. Room is very comfortable

Only 2 sets of small washer dryers for the whole facility, capacity is very small and also took at least 3 hours to dry a small batch of clothings.

New and clean

Breakfast is less variety. No fitness available

The location is nice with two convenience stores next door, and subway stations about 8 minutes walk. Laundry was provided for free. There are both a bath tub and shower to help unwind. Staff was friendly and overall clean and modern.

The bathroom sink doesn't have a lot of space to put things on.

The room size is good and the design/layout is modern. The bed is comfortable.

There is so much room for improvement for breakfast. The hot dishes look like leftovers from the night before.

Convenient location. Nice facilities. Friendly staff. Free washer / dryer makes it easy to do laundry.

Location was close to the metro, shopping, restaurants. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked the lounge with free drinks and snacks and the free laundromat!

I love the bathroom including the shower and toilet.

The breakfast is good but not repeating the same items every day.

Very new very clean. reasonable price

The staffs were very nice. One even clean the back of the night stand with dusts. The chef prepared 2 dishes of vegetables for my vegetarian wife.

Staff, cleanliness, location, free laundry, bathroom

Cost, I think it was a connecting room fare.Since the room has no big window, it will be better if the lights in the room can be modified its brightness.

The location is great if you want to be in the "real japan" of kyoto. A very beautiful and nice part of kyoto. The room was great!

It was a little bit creepy that all the hotel rooms doors were open when we walked to our room. Ours was closed when we got there so we assumed nothing was wrong but it felt strange. A friend who stayed at the hotel said he could hear the people in the room next door, so maybe the walls are too thin. This wasn't something we noticed though.

Free coffee, tea and ice cube in lounge after 10:00.

great location to explore Taipei. We travelled with two bike bags and they helped us to keep the big bike bags while we were doing the tour around Taiwan. they were very friendly and helpful. they even have free laundry service in the building

The location is excellent, my room is very clean and the amenities were great! Great staff, they assisted me in every way possible. Couldn't ask for more.

Nothing to complain.

Only the location is good. Other than that, nothing.

The staff gave us the wrong room. After we checkin and unpacked everything, they called us and asked us to pack up everything again and go down to lobby in one hour to swap to another room. Poor soundproof windows. Stayed on second floor, at night, you can hear clearly every single car and motorcycle pass by. Second floor room is next to the breakfast place. For people who dont want to wake up early in the morning, dont choose second floor, cause every morning, you’ll be waken up by the people going for breakfast. We stayed here for 3 nights. But we didn’t ask for house keeping, we put our trash outside the room, from the time we went out until we came back at 11pm. The trash is still there. I wonder what kind of 4 star hotel is this. Won’t choose to stay at this hotel anymore. Thanks

I like that the hotel is small and not overcrowded. Rooms are great also. I always stay at this hotel when traveling to Taiwan

Everything was prefect. The staffs were nice and kind, the room was surprisingly clean and cozy, the location was more than just convenient.Would definitely consider staying here again next time I travel to Taipei.

I wish the anti-slip mat in the bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, no complaints.

Modern & New , nice bath tub , big tv.Three staffs 1 male, 2 female at reception before the day I checked in, 30 April are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to take the carrier package from Taichung and they even reserved money and help me to take change from the carrier service. The same male staff helped me on the day I check out 2 May, cuz the Drying Machines area had no clearly direction or manual booklet to help guests smoothly use.

Check in Male staff not really smart, he asked me whether I broke the security lock in the room when I just stepped in the room and called him…. I actually feel offensive. And K lounge is quite empty, not much selection of little snacks and drinks while not in the breakfast time…. this can be improved.
