The staff are very nice and polite. Room is very clean and quiet. One thing is if they can provide body lotion, it would be perfect.

Very close to the MRT station, shops, and restaurants. Room was spacious.

Our children’s room on 7th floor has very bad odor with constant cigarette smell on the hallway. They say they’re a none-smoking hotel! Very shocking.The kitchen staff is very rude: On the last day of our stay, we went downstairs for breakfast. We went to an empty table but one of the staff told us not to sit there with an angry attitude as if we offended her and then she pointed to one direction to tell us to sit there. Then when we sat down, she was very angry and shouted at me saying, “I told you to sit HERE, not THERE!!!!” She thought I would swallow the bully and let it go. No way! I spoke the truth and said to her, “You didn’t tell us which one to sit, so we sat here. You can talk to us properly, not shouting. “ She knew that’s the fact, so she was speechless and walked away and slammed the long table in the dining area. This lady for sure needs a good training for “hospitality”. When my husband asked to talk to the manager 3 times, according to them, the manager kept being not on duty. It’s a very horrendous experience and the hotel itself didn’t even want to solve the problem by saying their manager is off duty. We paid for 63,075 NTD to get this treatment. I really regret to book this one - the room size attracted me. Lesson learned! Next time, we’ll definitely go for “Hilton” or “Caesar Park”.

Everything really, the staff were super friendly, and the amenities in the room were top notch! We had the "Queen Deluxe Room" and it even came with a bike for exercising. Thank you very much for upkeeping the hotel in such great shape! Kudos to the team

Nothing, really. Just perhaps a suggestion: the main door had a very small gap at its bottom so perhaps some form of sound-proofing strip to be placed will be great. But people there are so cultured they keep voices low so there was zero noise problem :)

The service provided by the staff was exceptional. The rooms are large. Very close to transportation, walkable to bus, train and metro.

Check-in progress was fast and they were so nice to upgrade our room from Corner Room to Double room with City View. The room was spacious and neat. The big windows faced to the city, very live view. A physical bike in the room. Big TV, big sofa, big bed. Huge bathroom with pretty bathtub and big shower room.All staff were nice. Just several mins walk to metro station. A convenience store and a supermarket nearby. A guest laundry is located at B1, open 24 hours, very convenient for guests.

The restaurant for breakfast was nice but the food quality was just met standard.

Room size is very large for it’s price.In my room, there is even exercise bike.And bathroom had steam function

Customer service was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic, an easy 2min walk to the train station and local eats, shops, and walks. We loved the little details like daily snacks in the room and hotel umbrella to borrow in case of rain. We hope to be back in future.

Very good selection. Fried eggs on request. Noodle soup corner was great. Complimentary snacks in the room was a nice touch. Great view.

The toilet seemed a bit old. The door handle seemed loose. Minor issue though. Beds were not very comfortable.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms and very well equipped bathroom close to MRT station. Good breakfast and the staff of the hotel is great.

Loved everything. Maybe for future guests good to know that Banqiao is a bit further from the big tourist highlights of Taipei. Not an issue as MRT is next to hotel. Just calculate 20 minutes extra travel time.

Just 2 blocks from the Banquio City transit center with subways/railway trains/high speed trains/city buses all combined. Highly recommended for active travelers. Transit center complex has all kinds of restaurant (60+) and cheap street foods to satisfy every taste.

Breakfast was excellent! Great location, Spacious room. Coin-operated Laundry was very convenient, too.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet with enough choices. Room is spacious with all you need available.
