The room was spacious, comfortable bed, nice tub, hot water with good water pressure. The hotel is not far from the metro with several convenience stores and cafes near. The location is quiet and staff friendly

On the downside, the pressure was so strong the rain shower half flooded the bathroom, you cannot adjust the air temp only fan speed and you cannot flush toilet paper which may be off putting for some foreigners. The door also occasionally did not lock so check before departing

The 2 rooms I booked were very spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also spacious and had great water pressure and it was nice to have both a shower and bathtub. Location is great with a family mart right next door and lots of resturants near by.

The nearest train exit doesn't have an escaltor or an elevator so it was tricky wasling up and down with our luggage.

The staff was super kind, breakfast was diverse and good, location is excellent as it was a 6 minute walk to the closest train station, which made moving around Taipei super easy.

Bed was small and did not fit me (i'm 6'3).

Their dryer machines out of service when we lived there 4 days in summer. So, I brought my clothes went to another hotel in same group for drying our clothes. 2 days the room temperature at 26 Celsius degrees. Staffs told us because of the maintenance by utilities company.

Breakfast. 2 sets of breakfast: Chicken (soup) or fish (4 small pieces of cold fish). Came in with 8 small dishes (half boil egg, soy bean, soft tofu, bread...). We stayed for 4 days, EVERY MORNING IS THE SAME. YUK...After finish, one had to bring the tray and dishes to a designated area athe left over contains into trash can and category place the dishes, coffee cup back to the bins.

Smelly, very used furniture, can’t change temperature of AC.

The property is walking distance to the train station, Family Mart is just right beside the hotel. Very convenient. You can also take an Uber to Taipei Main station the fare was abt 200 taiwan dollar. Not bad really

The right room layout, lighting, and cleanliness of the room bring a sense of comfort when entering the room. The right place to be alone and recharge your soul in peace. Of the many hotels I have ever stayed in, this hotel is the most comfortable for me.

Small room but with everything you need. Great central location close the MRT and bus station. Staff made calls on my behalf to enquire if certain museums were open on New Years Day.

Housekeeping was finished quite late (probably past 16:00). Quite expensive rooms at the time of my stay (was over New Years Eve...). Carpet in the rooms was not super clean. One LED in from the lighting not working. At times no staff at the reception?!?

Room size is good. Clean bathroom. Location is okay, just a few minutes walk to the subway station. But this did not matter much because we hired a van with a chauffeur to drive us around during our entire stay.

Breakfast was awful, and practically the same each day. It’s not worth the extra money we paid for it. We could’ve just walked over to Mr. Brown or Starbucks for a decent breakfast. What’s worse is that since we paid for all our breakfast, we expected to have been given a packed breakfast for us to take with us upon checking out on the last day for our morning flight. The lobby and check-in counter were horrible. Not very inviting!

Nothing. This is by no means a four star hotel as rated on booking.com. My fault for not checking the room type I booked but as a solo traveller they gave me a tiny room that’s at the backstairs - feels like a store room being converted to a hotel room and the furniture and fixtures were all worn out, dated, scratched and dirty. The drainage for the shower room was horrendous, there was some flooding going on in the bathroom after I showered.

Breakfast was a high point, lots of little dishes of Asian food. It was small, but had variety and was good. Location was pretty good, only half a block to the MRT station. Bathroom had been updated and was ok.

The rooms were dated, with a musty smell. The room felt very old.

Great Location, Have Family Mart & 7-11 just step from hotel. Hotel Room is acceptation size. Staff in Breakfast room is very good hospitality.

The room was very dated and the carpet was quite dirty. Thankfully it was only for a night ,would not return again for longer stay.

The location was good. The size of the rooms were decent. Large bathrooms.

I’ve stayed at two different rooms for my stay and almost everytime the room was cleaned, I’d still find hair that wasn’t mine in the bathroom. I also misplaced the room key upon check out and had to pay $200NT penalty. If a room key costed that much I think they should’ve informed the guests when checking in.

Good location, spacious room, easy access to restaurants and convenient stores nearby.
