Great location! Very clean and spacious room with lots of amenities. Great view looking out onto the city. Nice swimming pool, gym facilities are great with steam sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet delicious, croissants are best! Staff are absolutely amazing! They were always so kind and prompt replying to my questions and requests. They really try their best to make the guests feel comfortable and worry-free. Thank you for a wonderful time!

In most of Taiwan hotel staff are quite cold whereas at the W Taipei, all the staff were incredibly friendly and outgoing, and gave me tips and advice and asked me questions unprompted. From the doorman to the check-in counter to the bartenders to the pool staff, everyone was all smiles which really made a big difference. I would also say that this property is ideal for someone that wants the perfect balance of grand luxury but also colorful fun.
Modern, spacious and clean
The suite is not a real suite. When you close the sliding door, the side wall has gaps due to the wooden slats like structure. The sofa was not a sofa bed, they just put sheets over a narrow sofa. The traffic noise is very loud in the early morning rush hour even though we are on the 27th floor.
Really posh, fancy, exceptional hotel. Extremely good service, staff very attentive to guests. Facilities are perfect. Room with beautiful city view. My best recommendations.

it was a bit loud in the lobby to have meeting with clients . the concerenge coudnt book any restarunt for me beucase the restarnts seem they need pre booking months earlier . they didnt offer me an upgrade since the hotel wasnt busy the season i was in . ( option)

Breakfast need to queue for 15 mins, and the breakfast they said end at 1030am, but i would say they cleaned up all the food before 1020, this is a terrible experience in a hotel
