Pros +

The staff was amazing - grabbed the wrong luggage and they helped me get it situated. A male staff member helped because I did not have a local number and could not use the delivery service.

Cons -

Very minor cleanliness issues; some edge/fringe cleaning was missed. Visible dust on some of the light switches.
