Gugis Inn

Good supply of hot water. Bed was comfortable, linens were pretty clean, soap and toiletries were good, all the basic stuff was decent. Lighting in the room was good.

 Check-in entirely by vending machine. Humans only by phone.  Room not ready at check-in time. Problem was the vending machine.  Bright lights shine directly into the room. No blackout curtains.  Smoke alarm covered with a plastic bag cap.

My room didn’t have a window but it was still very nice. Staff were helpful. Close by to shops and food places.

No toothbrush and toothpaste tv has no sound,the area ia not easy to access no name of the hotel infront of the building.

Almost perfext just please install bidet or bum gun.

Bidet in the bathroom please so more of us can stay there next time. I have 4 friends who booked to other hotel just because they are looking for bidet. Thank you and please update the facilities with "bidet" if you already have it.

Great location, easy check in and check out, nice hotel Manager on site, comfy beds, nice Air Con & Wifi plus the view from my window was fantastic

The walls are SUPER thin. You can hear everything. Which made hard to relax and sleep

We liked the location very much, the self check in and out feature and the room was clean and everything we need was provided.

We didn’t like the lighting of the room it was too dim for us and there was no whole body mirror or even another mirror in the room except the one inside the restroom.

The place is literally near the Ximen Station Exit 6, near the bus stop if you are coming from the airport. Also it is located in the heart of Ximending where you do not need to go far to enjoy the slice of Taipei. Ximending area is all you need when you travel to Taipei.

The location. If you like to do shopping, this is the best spot as its just right beside the Ximending Market

The room and hallway smells smoke and the wifi inside our room was too slow that we had to use the other public wifi of their neighbour hotel.

One of the Best Cheap Hotel Around Ximending Area. The MRT Exit 6 is just infront of the Hotel Building, so this is a great choice for a family with elderly.The hotel has no Reception, they only have a Machine for Check-in, Check out and payment

The Towels are being change daily, but no cleaning was made during our 5 night stay

The room is definitely nice. The place is accessible to Ximending and we haven't had a hard time checking in. The rooms are exceptional and definitely clean. We enjoyed our stay here at Gugis Inn, we'll definitely book here again on our next trip! Thank you so much!

It's close to everything in Ximending. To the station, bus stop, food and other sites.

Probably our room's toilet and bath door, it won't close. We a group of 3 so it's a personal thing. We had to improvised especially when we need to go #2 haha the stink will go to the room. Lol

It was in a great location to a local night pedestrian mall with lots of shops, street vendors, restaurants, and street performers. It was also near a subway station for easy travel around the city.

The room was pretty small, not much room to put things away. Had to leave our clothes in the suitcase. It can be noisy at night with people coming and going to the pedestrian mall

We have the best location, clean and exceptional service. We got a free room upgrade coz they need to do room maintenance, THANK YOU . We love GUGIS INN..

I like the location. It's very close to the Ximen MRT Station.

1. My door lock stopped working and I got locked out of my hotel room. It was a nightmare getting any support. The phone wasn't connecting to the service staff. I had to wait a long time to get any help.2. The aircon makes creaking noises. It's so annoying.3. The walls are very thin and you can hear the other room very easily.4. The water dispenser ran out of water at night and was not replenished until the next morning.5. The elevator has a weird smell, like that of drying cement and the door opens and closes very very slowly.

The bed was nice and comfortable, the air condition was good. Stores and restaurant surrounds the hotel. Few steps from train station.

There were cobwebs in the room. The air filter was really dirty. The first room given was 712 is the size of a broom closet and piles of used towels in carts were always beside the door. Good thing I was able to change room. There was no signage of gugis outside the hotel. They need to implement stricter rules on noisy guests. They need to inform guests that after 11pm you need to input code for the elevator to work.

It was really close to the metro! Which is the most important for me. It’s also literally minutes away from ximending night market. Very accessible! Just don’t expect a very good and maintained cleanliness of the lift. I was also a bit shocked by the bathroom. Anyhow, it was fine.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, 50m to MRT and Xi Men Ding. Only issue is the noise from the street. But it’s expected. Overall is nice place.

Location is great, room is okay ??We just dont like the elevator, and no bidet at the comfort room ?

We got 2 rooms. One was dim light which is room 802. And room 702 has a nice city view but during daylight the room temperature are like 29 degree because of the heat of sun passes thru the glass windows. And the aircon are locked at 25 degree only.
