location is very convenient and a two minute walk to the nearest MRT and bus stations

The bed was relatively hard, but the pillows were very hard and a bit lumpy.

Cleaning, spacious, smart toilet seat, nearby subway station, many convenient restaurants nearby, staff is very friendly

The hotel does not have its own restaurant , but it is not a problem because there are so many restaurants nearby. There is a super breakfast restaurant nearby.

The bathroom

It’s very near the metro station. I love the room, it’s very clean and spacious.

Good location, everything I need at the room, all you can drink for water is free , clean and close to MRT

Room is a bit small, like Japanese style

Staff - Was extremely courteous. Location - near IT shopping center and train station. Centrally located as well

The lack of toothbrush and the audacity of charging me for the rate they’re charging.

Close to a lot of food, the electronics mall, MRT. Includes free water close to Hua Shan art. Newer hotel, great vibe of the area. Clean. Super cold A/C.

Beds are firmer than than North American standards.

The location. It is close to several scenic spots and have convenient stores and breakfast shops within steps.

The staff dropped my entry permit onto the ground and returned my passport without the permit. It was lucky I noticed the permit was missing and the staff found it on the ground within the checkin counter.

Breakfast and location was wonderful.

Perhaps some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Please install some hooks in the bathroom for change of clothes after a shower. And to hang wet towels

Very clean, great staff, excellent breakfast. Excellent if small room. Comfortable beds.

Middling location. Close to MRT but unexceptional neighborhood.

The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. There are also local food options downstairs from the hotel, it is very convenient

The bathrooms and showers have every amenity you could possibly need! The rooms are a good size, and I especially loved the night gown/outfits they provided and the unlimited supply of water bottles.

There was a strong smell of paint in the common areas that made me feel light headed. The laundry machines were challenging to use.

Nice location, good breakfast.

The lighting in the bathroom was not perfect, it was in the ceiling in the center causing shadows to be cast when using the mirror. The pillows were not very comfortable. They clean the room on alternate days, though they provide clean towels every day.

The Gracery standard is consistent. Rooms were very clean. While housekeeping was offered only on alternate days, clean towels and water was delivered

Great location, stylish design, comfortable bed, love the bathroom.

Could have more lighting. Would be good to have a communal eating area.

There is no pantry to heat up our takeaway food

2 min to subway, proximity to Huashan and kids park, cafes and cuisines of typesJapanese type bathroom

Clean, good location and well thought layout of the room. Quite spacious and pleasant staff.

Some may not like that the toilet and bathroom is separate. Not enough hanging space while showering.

The laundry room and the location wa great!
