good location for getting around the city

The food for the breakfast was the same every day. The room is not clean enough and the drainage in the toilet was not smooth

The first room I went to, upon lifting the bed, there were many hairs on the sheet, I took a photo. Went downstairs to the front desk, told them so. They gave me a different room. Which is fine, then the next mo

The next morning I found blood stain on the other side of the king size bed on the duvet. I told the front desk. She apologized. I told her I am 79, soon to be 80 years old. The blood stain coincides with the lower body, can’t possibly be mine. Please clean it.

Centrally located with easy access to most parts of town.The breakfast was quite decent at that price.And generally courteous staff.

The room was quite tight for space. But again at that price one can't complain.

The location is good as it is near the place I need to be.

The wall is very thin so can hear people walking, closing the door. The A/C is very loud as well. No window.

Got upgrade to top floor bigger room, room seems clean on cheap price.

Near Songjiang Nanjing metro station, it's just a very convenient place to stay during a business trip.

Location of the hotel is good.

It is a old hotel & needs complete renovation. The A/C in the room was not good. The temperature could reach only 25~26 Deg even after keeping on for full night. Staff was cordial. Told them to clean A/C vent on very first day, but they did it after almost 4 nights. Breakfast also had no verity. For vegetarian only option was bread, milk & cornflakes.

Great value for money. Yes it is an old hotel and don’t expect it to be anything fancy. It may need renovations pretty much everywhere but for the price it is completely fine. The staff is nice and check-in is easy, they have the booking printed out and you will get a physical key. Breakfast is not something to expect too much from either but for the price you can also just get something somewhere else. All in all, don’t have high expectations since you didn’t pay much and you will be fine.

Could be nice with two room keys.

The staff was wonderful, especially in the reception. This made the stay even better. I will surely consider this hotel next time, and I go very often. Better if it is cheaper, but I guess it's a common wish.The building is old, so don't expect a year old facility, but it is quite well preserved.

Nothing to dislike to be honest.The only tiny thing: the toothpaste, was not, but the soap is made in Taiwan, so all good.

Beds were too hard.

Was nice cleaning lady who got some towels for me. I think they hadn't time to put the towels there. The front desk people quite nice. Carpets were very very old on some stairs. I asked if I could use the rest room and the lady at the desk looked like maybe she had been a bit stressed told me "NO TOILETS!!" I replied "But I am staying here." The other staff at the desk calmed her down and I got to use the restroom no problem, I even liked that small event. Was like 60 years ago. A hotel from a differrent age.

There was a very tasty breakfast, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable for a good price (but I guess it was with some kind of discount applied through booking.com, and I booked it less than 24 hours before check-in), and it was warm! (december 2023 was unusually cold in Taiwan). I would stay here again definitely!

Excellent location, helpful staff. Near a metro stop. Room had two double beds, though advertised as twin beds so seemed like a bonus. Nice to have refrigerator in room. Small balcony a plus.

Internet was essentially nonfunctional. Twice saw bugs in room. Amenities like shampoo inadequate. Beds extremely hard.

Great. Not too many choices but sufficient.

Wifi initially was unstable. But it worked well later.
