Inhouse Hotel Yehliu

Wow. ? Super comfortable beds, super soft pillows!!! Excellent maid service! My only complaint is the refrigerator was not cold enough and had jo controls we could find to turn it to colder. We forgot to ask the maid or front desk and just bought ice across the street at 7 Eleven. We had a partial mountain and ocean view. I can only imagine how beautiful the seaside view is. We visited the world famous GeoPark. We experienced local seafood across the street. The hotel free breakfast is great. Delicious fresh fruit was my favorite. The hotel has two restaurants to enjoy. The pizza dough is made so fresh!!

The refrigerator was not cold enough for our water or drinks.We had trouble with the AC remote and the maid assisted us easily she was Filipina and spoke the best English. Only one front desk person spoke English.

The main attraction of this hotel is that it is catered to families with children. The playroom is large with lots of fun activities for children of all ages. We traveled with a 8 month old, 4 year old, 9 year old, and 12 year old. The playroom had something for all of them to do. When the weather is as hot as it is, having an indoor area for children to spend time means a lot for the parents. Would book again if we visit Yehliu again.

Nothing was bad. The staff were helpful and responded professionally to all our requests. The food at the cafe was decent and breakfast had just enough vegetarian options for the family. All in all, there wasn't a single bad thing about our trip there.

The temperature of lobby was slightly high. If the AC at two lobbies can function better, it would be great.

Playground is amazing for kids

Staff did not speak much English, really hard to communicate.Rooms are poorly maintained.

Parking was full. 70% of Staffs’s face were unwelcome and so confused when you go to check in. Won’t go back again.

Solid breakfast with bacon, eggs, toast, and coffee

Great location, next to the Geopark.We arrived at 14.00, there where only 3 parking spaces left on the car park next to the building. Got an early check in. Play area is nice, but lots of machines though. Would be nice to have some more real play, like building blocks or something.

We where in the building across the street. Room is very small, limited view, mountain is very close. Could have been cleaner also. Some mold around the window. Very busy with your groups at the lobby and breakfast buffet. Reception staff doesn't really speak English.Very expensive for what you get.

The room had two beds which was convenient for our family. The play area was a hit and the buffet dinner at the restaurant on the second floor and the the buffet breakfast were both great. We were there on a weekday so there weren't a lot of other guests. It was within walking distance of YehLiu Geological Park and the aquarium, as well as a harbor and walking along the coast.

The water in the shower went everywhere. Take your own squeegy. Another customer noted that the temperature of the room was not comfortable. We had that same experience. We asked the front desk and a man came and helped us find the sensor for the remote control and helped us change the temperature in the room.

There is a big room with tons of games for kids downstairs. Was great to have the kids play for 1-2 hours before going to bed. A bit packed but definitely was fun.

Room size was quite small for 4 pax. The breakfast was just ok. Would have loved to have a bit more choices of international dishes.

Location is excellent, very closed to the Geo Park. Very big windows and room is big. Shower facilities and view are amazing. Many power outlets.

I wish they can clean the windows. It’s a miss that the windows are very dirty and wasted the beautiful sea view.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of choice. Our kids loved the big play room. We had a lot for a good price.

It was raining heavily during our departure. The reception seems very unhelpful, not willing to help us to book a taxi .Direct us to go opposite another excursion centre to look for a cab.With heavy luggage and holding the umbrella, whole body wet We have to run across to another side to seek help from a stall uncle which we brought some sovereign. He managed to contact a taxis for us.Also, I believe any hotel room booked from Agoda or booking .com will never get good service and room.However, I will not book from any on line Company .

Staff weren’t helpful or polite at all, felt a bit unpleasant with the service.Very noisy and busy hotel, lots of families and kids around. Breakfast was not great and super busy, hard to get a table.Not enough facilities, gym was super small and barely had any equipment. No swimming pool, no any other facilities at all other than a kid area.Nothing stand out for this hotel, but it was overpriced. Definitely not worth the money.

Room and bed is comfortable, location is perfect.

Parking is limited, you’ll pay 220 per day when free parking is full. Breakfast is normal but not good or satisfied.

Sure, this one is one of the best place to stay for family with kids

Here I found ,at 2nd floor there is 1 sea food restaurant,staff behaviour not goodI asked them to sit for 5 min ,so my daughter can finish her ice-cream as I did not like food there , so did not order.They asked me , not to sit . I informed this at front desk. Now it's up to hotel to decide,will they treat their customers like this, or will they inform their people to change thieir attitude.

Great View of the seaside and great proximity to the Yehliu Geo Park and Ocean World

Pity there is nothing much to do in the area other than Yehliu Geo Park and Ocean World which can be completed in 1 day and will have to travel to Jin Shan District for more stuff.The food at hotel wasn't not very good.

Great Location! Super helpful and friendly staff. The showers had great water pressure. The breakfast was also great.

The walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin. If there is a crying child in the room next to/below/above you, you will hear it.

I like the brakfast the property prepared for the guests, which includes the wide range of food and beverage for choice.

The cleanness of bed cover should be imporved, which I found it was stained with some dust.
