Location, right next to Taipei Main station

The Hotel - Facilities run down, the allocation room - small and smelled, not clean.

The location is perfect with the subway being right in front of the hotel. The surroundings are great with malls, marts and shops.

The long wait for the elevator.

Location right across from train station was what I needed!

Hard to find hotel (inside a building, on 7th floor), no real amenities (didn’t provide anything except body wash and shampoo), rugs in “lobby” worn and a bit shabby, kind of crazy either way big groups.

Proximity to shopping and transportation. City Center.

It. Was. Tiny. Although that's typical of hotels in Taipei, the cramped feel was compounded by the dim lighting in the rooms. Also, there were no shelves in the shower where I could put my toiletries. The shower smelled like mold and urine. The rules were that we could not place toilet paper in the toilet due to sensitive plumbing, otherwise, we face a fine for any plumbing issues. Would be okay if we only stayed a day or two, but multiple days makes it unsanitary. Also, the walls were thin, I could hear people and televisions blaring. I would not recommend this place unless you were only staying for a day.

Inefficient staff, not so clean room

This hotel's location is perfect for those who would like to optimize their visit to Taipei and its surrounding areas because it is practically just outside the Taipei Main Station. The check in was straightforward and efficient, and while I was waiting to be checked in, I have witnessed how the staff did their best in accommodating and addressing the needs of their guests who had minor issues with their rooms. The basic amenities are working well. I also appreciate being placed in a room with a window. That is very considerate. Thank you!

If this hotel still has available rooms during my next visit to Taipei, I will likely stay here again. My concerns are actually just trivial and beyond the control of the hotel management. My room is quite far at the back, and it takes a long walk to the elevator, and also it takes a long time to get an available elevator especially in the morning when many people exit and at night when people rush back into the building.

Right across from the Central Train Station and Metro/MRT. Located on a few floors of an office complex. Very basic. Many rooms have no windows. Washers and drier available on each floor. Price was right for this basic accommodation.

Close to the train station. The shower was clean.

Filthy. The carpet was so nasty it made the bottom of the comforter turn brown where it reached the floor. No windows! Very Dark. The room looks like a basement apartment from the 70s. Only 4 hangers

Across the street from mrt train station. Good Coffee shop next door convenient store down stairs . Food court mall and grocery store next door.

Place needs to be renovated.

Uncomfortable mattress

Location is near some tourist spots, restaurants, and malls. Very convenient if you are staying there as a tourist,

We live how convenient the location of this property is. So near the train stations and other public transportation is available upon walking out of the building lobby.

Just that our bathroom was with glass walls that are frosted. Better if the walls are tinted dark black as the other room we availed for our relatives.

Location is good in center of town and easily access to MRT & HSR.

Hotel by occupied one floor of an old business office building to run business.Floor with old and dirty carpet. Dirty wall corners and edges, wall with dirty stains. No provided drinking water. Bad wall soundproof, can listen conversation of next room guest. Dented mattress.

The room is cozy and well-maintained, and the train station is conveniently right outside the building. Just a heads-up: be sure to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as they're not provided.

We like that the facility is close to all the attractions we wanted to go.

We found two croakroachs inside mom's luggage and killed one on the wall.

Some staff are not accommodating, Grumpy. The rooms still have dust. Very busy elevator.
