Location was ideal for us as it is close to the train station, bus stops, and many shops. The staffs provided superb customer service and the room was in excellent condition.

Location is the best…. for shopping both local brands and International luxury brands… a stone throw away from big shopping malls with many restaurants. And if that still not satisfy you, you can easily head to MRT station.

The staff is welcoming and very helpful. The location is great. The rooms are large and clean. There is a selection in breakfast between a "western" breakfat and a "chinese" breakfast. In addition there is a small buffet.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and conveniently located near shopping malls and excellent restaurants.The staff were courteous and always eager to help. Easy to find, large room. Downstairs Cafe had a choice of hot food available plus tea/coffee cakes. Breakfast was cooked to order, cereals, toast also available.

Breakfast had a limited set menu (Chinese/European) but subsequently were able to order items off the set menu. Did not provide enough tea/coffee capsules on a daily basis, had to ask for more. All customers had to wait until 3.00pm before we could access our room.

The room was big and nice

The breakfast was not in line with the quality/status of the hotel. The balcony was not equiped with furniture and has a terrible view. The finishing touch of the cleaning of the room is not in line with the expectations. Was unfair that they didn't accept the Hilton membership of my husband and gave me a higher price.

The location was decent, though not the most centralised, as it wasn't particularly close to a train station. However, there were several bus stops nearby with various routes that connect to Taipei Main Station. I appreciated the abundance of food and beverage outlets near the hotel, as well as the many convenience stores. In fact, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at a restaurant just a 4-minute walk from the hotel.A notable mention: we received chocolate chip walnut cookies upon check-in ? However, it would have been better if the cookies did not contain nuts, as I have a nut allergy. According to my mum, the cookies were crunchy and delicious!

The rooms were very small, and the soundproofing was poor; we could hear chatter from the room next to ours. The layout of the room was also a bit strange, as the “kitchen” was right next to the bathroom sink. It felt odd to wash my face while trying to avoid splattering any water into the kitchen area. I believe the room is more suitable for one person rather than two. There was also limited space for luggage storage, forcing me to maneuver some of the tables and chairs to create a place for our bags and allow my mum and me to walk around. Additionally, the up/down buttons for the lifts were not very intuitive, as there were two buttons for going down, which was confusing.

Excellent location and very good amenities, friendly and helpful hotel staff, very clean and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We will be happy to return to stay in future.

Great service at the front desk, everyone is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious. We booked 2 corner rooms which shared a main door. Once locked, the entire space is ours :) Perfect for family.Location is less than 5 mins walk away to Zhong Shan station, shopping malls and lots of food.

Nothing actually.. Because of a great experience, we decide to stay here again.

Fairly centrally located; access to many places to eat

The Breakfasts were not always great. More variety of choices needed, eg Eggs Benedict

Property was modern and clean, lots of places to sit and relax. Rooms were spotless, beds so so comfortable! Lots of amenities, amazing gym. Bar is small but comfortable. Staff are all amazing and friendly. Right next to Taipei Main Station so good transport links.

It was centrally located and very clean. The room was also big.
