Just Palace Hotel

1. Location. This hotel is not far from Gangqian MRT Station, making it quite convenient for getting around. The surrounding area has great local amenities.2. The room is roomy, featuring a walk-in closet and a distinctive design. I also loved the warm, welcoming feel of the hotel lobby.

Room cleanliness: The hotel building appears new, but the room was not properly cleaned. I found stains on the carpet and towels. Although the interior design is sophisticated, the towels are old and tattered, with visible holes in some.The most awkward part was the shared sliding door between the bathroom and the walk-in closet. It’s impossible to separate both areas from the bedroom simultaneously

It is very clean especially our room and the location is near to supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants

So I m hoping it’s just a one off, but our room’s bathroom area smells like urine. I did request for cleaning but it didn’t help much.

Quite far from main MRT stations (you need about 30 minutes to reach a connection). TV was not working (we mentioned it but nothing changed).The worst thing, I have never experienced at any other hotel in the world (I ve been in 30 countries so far) was that I was charged 3 times the total reservation by the hotel. 1st time about 2 weeks before arrival (expected), 2nd time at the arrival including an additional fee of 2000 as guarantee and 3rd time at my check out, again the total price! As a result, I was about 1000 euros less during my stay in a foreign country in my credit card! That was dangerous and outrageous! Avoid this hotel. I don't know if it was a mistake or an official policy, but I was told it was the policy.

Location was nice, rooms are very nice, exactly as seen online and easy walking to MRT and other loactions.

Good location close to eateries and shops. Very convenient in terms of airport transportation, & other places such as 101.

Location very convenient ‘cause near my sis-in-law’s house. Coffee & ginger drinks served at lobby. Very good customer service. Early check-in made possible. Good customer service. Along airport bus route.

Place is accessible, available nearby stores open 24/7 and ATM, very dependable staffs and te place is clean

The quietness of the surroundings, and the food in the vicinity is good.

The gym room is too secluded and quiet. If I can get 3 single beds for triple room, that will be good

The friendly staff - always so helpful and friendly. this is our second time returning to the hotel, and it's been one year plus, one of the staff could still recognise our kids. The room cleanliness standard still remains very good. This time round, the hotel is also implementing save the earth project, which they no longer issue individual toothbrush in room, however they are always so helpful in getting one if you really required it.

The hotel is quite traditional but spacious compared to others that we have stayed in. There is a supermarket in the same building which was very useful and taxis were easy to get.

The Wifi was a bit intermittent but is was easy to connect.

Great location for biz trip at Neihu district, walking distance to Neihu science park and metro station.

I had issues communicating with staff by chat when I requested room date change.. They were slow to respond and I even called. But they were hesitant to change as they said I am out of the change window ( 7 days, not the usual 3 days with other places). So, out of desperation I changed my itinerary in order to stick with the reservation date. But when I made that original request, the reply I got was "DENIED". That was rude and terse and I shot back. They then responded with a paragraph. Anyway, the room was very nice and spacious but I think the location made them under reserved. Location did work out for me as my relatives were close enough by a short 10 min ride and I was visiting another relative in a nearby hospital. For that neihu location, I overpaid by quite a bit compared to the other dates that were available. The staffs were much nicer when you deal with them in person. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities were great.

Location is number 1. AirPort Express route just walking distance. Eateries all around esp traditional Taiwanese food. Ambience is good. Service is superb. What can one ask for more?

Location is number one. It’s on an airport shuttle route, which is so nice. Customer service is very good. I omitted the breakfast option so could not tell. Lots of eateries around the hotel, including traditional Taiwanese food.

There is no facility, but very convenient. Bed is comfy for a traveler with chronic back pain

If the deco can be lighter color it will reduce lot of stress, not critical.
