It’s central and accessible to everything

The lady in front desk was not helpful and friendly. I asked questions and she’s not really very responsive and not friendly

The staff were accomodating and friendly. We also liked the free refillable drinks and snacks.

Our rooms smelled like cigarettes and the aircon was not cold enough because of the centralized aircon throughout the hotel. The only upside to the warm rooms was that we were provided electric fans when we requested for them.

The location is in the middle or the heart of Taipei, everything is within reach.

The room has no windows, it's very confined, and doesn't have air refresh.

Location is the only thing you’ll like about this hotel

Not very clean even upon late check in; a lot of dust and some dirt by the bed corners

Good location

The triple room was very small with barleyspace to walk. The twin bed was at ground level and really uncomfortable cause it had wheels underneath so it was really annoying that it moved when I was on it.The frondesk ladies were kind of rude and not patient with non-chinese speaking people. Also not willing to help.

For those who don't need a beautiful view from the window, everything is good. It's worth the price. It's close to Ximending, you can walk around all day. It's also convenient to go to other places. But the last time I stayed, the floor smelled like urine on the floor. It smelled like ammonia. It was very bad. But the male receptionist downstairs provided good service. The housekeeper was nice and cute.

A very good place for checking out all of Ximending. My booking was last minute, and I ended up in a smoking room. This was a real downer as by the time I left I was infused with smoking smell. If you do not smoke MAKE SURE you ask about the rooms that they are NON smoking before just booking.

The location is great! Shops, restaurants, underground, taxis.

NO STORAGE and ROOM very SMALL. If you like living out of a suitcase on your travels then this is ideal. I personally expect a wardrobe space, or even drawers to place socks, briefs, T-shirts etc. YOU get nothing .. I had to keep everthing in my case and slide it underneath the bed each time I needed something because there me no floor space. when I asked for another room with storage I was told “if you don’t like it, then leave!” .. with no refund!!

I stay this hotel 5 times since last year accessible and near to all places

Location is convenient and the staffs are very helpful.

The rooms looked very different from the pictures. The front desk staff are not very friendly. They don’t smile or greet the guests.

It’s located in the heart of ximending. Walking distance to train station with various food / restaurant downstairs.

Located in the heart of ximending hence walking distance to a lot of amenities and close to train station.

Love the location, right across the street from Xi men ding, with a Watsons beside. Toilets look like they are recently refurbished, so that’s the newest and cleanest part of the room.

Walls are really thin. Could hear my neighbours having sex. Night time receptionist was really uninterested in her job, not helpful at all. Lift is small and can take probably 6 adults at one go.

Very good location as it is in Ximen, one of the main shopping and entertainment areas in Taipei, but way too expensive. Friendly check in staff. It feels relatively clean.

Not worth the money so I probably won't stay there again.

Perfect location in the middle of the walking district of Ximen. Lots of action on the streets if you search it. I arrived early in Taipei, storing luggage until checkin was easy. Free wifi and water / soft drinks in the room. Bed was comfortable but a bit short (don’t be over 180)

Incredibly noisy. The walls are so thin, I‘ve never experienced such a level of noise in any hotel ever. If someone next to is having a shower or even washes the hands it‘s incredibly loud in your room. And this happens also at 3am in the morning. Even with earplugs I woke up. Wifi is there but a bit unstable. Room is very dark. My room was towards the street, window must be closed at night (too loud). It was clean but all old. Too expensive for what you get. It‘s a one-star hotel, not more. Coffeeshop in the basement is permanently closed.
