Room was stylish and clean. Well designed. Good location. Connectivity was good. Friendly and helpful staff.

They have a Starbucks but no breakfast buffet. Exchange rate was very bad (worse than the airport).

Spacious, modern, good shower, great commode with heated seat. Close to metro station, only across the street. The Taipei central train station is only one metro stop away. A great Cantonese restaurant is just across the other street serving great dinner.

There is no desk and chair if you want to do some work. you will need to sit on the sofa and use the 2-feet diameter round table in an uncomfortable position to use the laptop.

For a 4 star hotel, you can't ask for more than what this hotel has to offer.- The rooms are clean, well designed and cozy.- The bed is comfy.- The shower is big and there is an additional bathtub. - We had an interesting view on to some side streets.- The staff is great.- The gym has modern equipment from Precor.

Nothing that cannot be found out by reading closely what the hotel offers and does not offer.For completeness:- We didn't book with breakfast -- because the breakfast seems to be Starbucks coupons. (Turns out that the hotel is almost right next door to the famous Fuhang Soy Milk breakfast shop, though -- so this is not a big deal.)

Less than half the staff was attentive. Several employees did not greet me when I entered or left. One guy was dismissive when I would ask him questions. I booked a hotel-provided airport taxi, and a female staff member doubted that I had booked it, even though I showed her a receipt.

Room was comfortable and clean as was the hotel in general. Very convenient to some attractions and close proximity to MRT made rest of city manageable.

Breakfast was just a voucher at in situ Starbucks, which depending upon when one woke up, could be packed with people, mostly students at their laptops who stay forever. Meanwhile, guests are not allowed to bring their Starbucks breakfast into to hotel “restaurant” area which was usually completely empty. Another thing that upset us was upon late arrival, the guy at reception said the hotel was in a commercial area and most all restaurants closed early, so go to one of the places just across from the hotel entrance. In reality, if one goes out of the hotel and to the right, there are numerous places to eat late. Adding insult to injury, I got food poisoning from one of the restaurants in the area recommended by the receptionist

Great lobby. Large room and bath. Perfect shades on the window (darkened the room without curtain gaps, but also acted as sun shades.)

The staff were very nice, and the room was efficiently designed, modern, and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of many of the top areas on sites in Taipei as well as an MRT station. The breakfast was Starbucks credits for the Starbucks in the building, so it allowed us to get what we wanted without overeating like we would at other hotel buffet breakfasts.

Lovely lobby, felt safe, large and quiet room with awesome bathroom and great window shades! Welcoming and very helpful staff. No complaints!

We expected a breakfast buffet since the booking said breakfast was included, but upon arrival we were informed that the breakfast was Starbucks.

Modern, clean and well layout rooms. Big enough. Attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is close to Taipei Train station but away from the crowd. Easy MTR access. Enough breakfast places nearby. Fuhang Soy Milk is one block away. Not much line if you go before 6:45. That's the tip from my taxi driver and it's true. If you want to try a different soy place you can go to 天津豆漿Soy Milk. Overall an excellent stay in this hotel. Thanks for the good service.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the Taiwan Main train station and many restaurants and stores nearby. The service was also great. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious! We would love to come back!

The room was very calming. The bathtub was large and couldn’t help but bathe everyday. The room was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The entire smelled so good.
