The unlimited fresh apples, bottled water, and location are the best features of this hotel.

There is one male more senior manager looking concierge who does not understand he?s in the hospitality line of business to serve customers. That one male concierge has a real attitude problem that makes it feel like you?re just staying at a motel.

Cool, modern room. Great little treats. Staff were great.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. We arrived 8 hours prior to check in, they looked after our bags so we can walk around for abit and got us a room at 12 knowing we were exhausted from our flight.

Art work was very interesting to look at. Reception staff were super welcoming and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good, with lots of choices. Room was comfortable.

Everything was good. If I had to find something, it would be that the vanity/toilet area in the bathroom was a little cramped and the toilet lid would not stay down, which made me feel like my towel would drop into it when I was drying myself. But a very small issue! Not really a probelm.

It would be convenient if they provided toiletry amenities (such as toothbrushes, shaving kits, etc.) and an iron in the room ready, without having to call reception. The pillow was a bit too soft to sleep on; it gave me a neckache.

It claimed to be a 5 star hotel but it is not. Room is small but great. But that is not enough as 5 star means a pool, in room dining .. there is nothing here.

No in room dining and the breakfast is really bad.

Hello, hotel is situated in a nice area and MRT is nearby.On the first night, it was rainy outside and the water comes thru the ceiling into my room (and not just a few drops). Overall the hotel doesn’t appear to be like 5 star hotel, maybe a few years ago. Level of maintenance must be increased. The breakfast is far away of being 5 star ?.Next time, I will take another hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was decent size - not sure a view of the building across the street qualifies as city view.

The staff was not helpful at all. I asked for a number of things and at one point felt like o was being told off. The hotel is definitely not the usual SLH caliber. Also, the lobby and hallways smell like a Chinese restaurant.

Very comfy and elegant rooms with premium equipment. The arrangement is great so there is lots of space. Even thought it's not directly at any MRT station the location is still very central and you can get to anywhere in Taipei quickly. And with the right room you even get a view on 101.

The room needed some work. Towel hook fell off. Shower dripped. Weird outdated sound system with incoherent instructions. We asked for room cleaning one day and didn’t receive.

Great little boutique hotel, good location, staff are friendly and welcoming, clean comfortable rooms.

Asian style breakfast was not for me. (however, I am sure others may like it)

location of the hotel is within expectation as distance from hotel to meet with client whom are all located within fushing south and north road, along Daan district. very convenient to get around everyday.

everything offer by the hotel are adequate. Perhaps the hotel lobby cafe lightings should by brighter a bit. I felt the cafe area is a bit dark n dull.

Some members of the reception staff are not welcoming and quite dismissive when dealing with customers.

WiFi is awful or literally none. It also blocks your reception using your own network which is ridiculous. Once you step out of the hotel, everything is back to normal. Sorry to say but what 4/5 hotel don’t provide WiFi nowadays?! Staff said it’s because hotel is full. That’s not an excuse am afraid.
