Pros +

• The room is incredibly spacious, so is the shower. It is close to a Ubike station, and there are quite a few shops/ food stands around. Overall, it was quite a comfy stay.
• At first, we thought the reviews on Booking and Google were exaggeratedit looked great when we arrived! The room was spacious, the location was convenient, and everything seemed fine until we took a shower and the bathroom flooded. The drains just dont work properly. Then came the nights. Theres a dance school right below the apartment, and you can hear everything. One evening, they stayed until midnight, even though the place is supposed to close at 10pm. Another night, we heard a baby crying non-stop from 10pm to 1am. And in the morning, a couple let their alarm ring for 30 minutes straight without turning it off. It was unbearable. (I forgot to mention that the air conditioner and the street are really noisy too) The soundproofing is honestly terrible, and the place feels like it was once very well maintained, but now its clearly been neglected. The furniture and appliances are aging and not properly taken care of. It feels more like a side business now than a thoughtfully managed stay. Resumed :For a 1 night stay its fine - otherwise, youll find better (and trust me, I am really not a complicated person) :)

Cons -

• We didn't receive the check-in information until after calling for about 10 times starting that evening. Thankfully, someone answered the phone at the end, but it was already after 12 am. Additionally, there were some quite obvious rubbishes left uncleaned in the room.
