The daily housekeeping was not properly provided.

It was clean, food was good and location also

Wifi was very slow in the room on the fifth floor

Great staffs. Especially Hilda who spoke very good English and was very accommodating. Much appreciated her help! Breakfast was great. Also love the fact that provide private pickup and drop off from and to the high speed rail station.

Not all staffs speak good English. Sometimes difficult to communicate.

Excellent service and outstanding breakfast

The unpleasant mould smell in the room and I got many mosquito bites after two nights stay.

Very central location, nice bar and swimming pool, great breakfast

The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were always on hand to help, and the free shuttle service was convenient. The location of the hotel is also great, only a short walk to the red line, and very close to the Raohe night market.My only points when it comes to improvement are that the bathroom lighting is quite dim, and it was hard to see clearly in the large mirror, so I had to use a small side mirror with a ring light, and the bathrobe was quite small and didn’t fit, but these are minor. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Kaohsiung!

Awesome 5-star hotel we stayed in Kaohsiung during this trip. Privat pick-up service, good space bathroom, comfy bed, good breakfast options, kid friendly, warm welcoming staffs and rooftop pool/ bar. Definitely will come back!

During the nights came some noise sounds like machine ish from ventilation.

Front desk staff - very good service.

Room - too dim, option of bright light/lighting should be given.Concierge - more courtesy could be extended to the car drivers.Restaurant(Breakfast) - more courtesy from the staff (female lady) would be appreciated.

Bed is comfortable, breakfast is wonderful with a lots of choices, they would pick you up at high speed train station but you need to book ahead. For sure if I come to Kaohsiung next time, I would stay this hotel again!

I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in November. This hotel was actually recommended by my sister who stayed here a couple months prior and she loved it so much she insisted I stay here as well. I'm so glad I did. H20 exceeded my expectations. Extremely friendly and professional staff. They also helped shuttle us to the high speed rail station. The shuttle is a private van where we were the only passengers. There's also shuttle service for them to pick up H20 customers from the HSR station as well. Even better this service is free to H20 customers! Our room was spacious and very clean. We booked the package that included a free breakfast. The food was delicious. Included both Western and Asian cuisines. You had the option to grab food from the buffet bar or you can request chefs to make specific dishes that the staff will bring directly to your table (including dishes like french toast, abalone congee, steak, etc). It was truly a memorable and outstanding experience, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when I'm in Kaohsiung.

Breakfast was good with sufficient options. Mini bar in room was all complimentary a truly good offering. Room was modern clean and very comfortable

Convenient location and reasonable internet

Breakfast is a bit random for a westerner takes a couple of goes to get a reasonable choice. Machine coffee is average.Reception is on the 20th floor for some reason!

Clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff, and very good value for money. The location is convenient for public transport. The buffet breakfast was really nice, too, with lots of vegan-friendly options. We also took advantage of the discount coupon for cocktails at the rooftop bar.

The rooftop swimming pool’s clear wall is more for looks than serious swimming. We also found the lighting throughout the hotel was really dim, especially in our room and the hallways. The coffee could be improved in the breakfast buffet, especially when Taiwan is so renowned for great coffee generally.

Beautiful building close to the Kaohsiung Arena station (~5 mins walking). Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. Staff was very nice too.

Very very good breakfast, especially the dishes made on request. Nice roof-top swimming pool (6:30~19:00).Staffs are nice and helpful. Personalized pick-up and transport from/to high-speed train station.

The hallway is a bit dark for me. But it is personal as I have preference for bright and lit-up room and hallway. Not at all a problem of the hotel. Bed is too soft for me. Again, this is personal preference.

Hotel location is great. There is 7-11 convenience store nearby, at the end of the street is a massage place to visit. About 5-7min away from the nearest metro station, easy access to every where in the city. There is also free shuttle service from Zuoying High speed train station to the hotel (reservation needed). Staff were very friendly and helpful during the accident happened during the stay.
