Good location, good AC, good size

I wish the trash bin in the room were emptied every day, not terrible though, would stay again

This hotel with beautiful rooms is centrally located just beside the Lihue Night Market street and just near the corner to the entrance 11 of Formosa Boulevard train station which is a central station in Kaohsiung. And it is also near also near many shops and restaurants.Would stay again if ever I am in Kaohsiung.

The entry is not easy to find at first glance but good thing with translation functions I was able to read hotel instructions in booking and find the entry lobby and the elevator to Level 10 of the building and get the hotel reception.For the room itself I would recommend they install a shower curtain for the shower / bath area to keep the rest of the bathroom dry.While the hotel is Non-smoking I think there’s always an issue with hotel guests smoking somewhere inside hotel as there was one night my room smelled of cigarette smoke from somewhere in the hallway. But it did stop soon after. Best to inform hotel reception if any issue with this.Everything else was comfortable for a short stay.

Very good location, less than 50m walk to train station connecting everywhere. Convenient shops and night markets are right below the building. Very comfortable bed and comes with bathtub with good views.

The lights are too bright, and it's white light. Totally spoiled the mood and ambience of the nice city view. Just a little adjustment will make it perfect.

The cheap laundry facilities & cheap washing powder you can buy, the quiet rooms, the location which is just a few steps from the daily night market, the nearness to the Formosa Blvd subway station, the spacious rooms - all at a very reasonable price.

Sometimes the bathrooms smell.

It is in the most strategic location for travelers. It is located at the Liu He where the street transforms into a night-market in the afternoon. And across the street is the train station where the famous Dome of Lights is located.

The old WiFi instruction on the telephone is confusing. But we got the correct information from the lobby staff who are very helpful.

The location is very convenient, just a minute walk from Formosa Boulevard station and a minute walk from the famous Liuhe night market. Despite the convenient location, the room was not noisy at all.

The room was nothing like what the pictures show, with much furniture missing. The bed was pretty short: at 5’8, my feet were already hanging in the air.

It is like a skimpy love hotel with mold and greasy stains everywhere. We woke up itchy. There are people smoking in the rooms. When trying to cancel another night because of these complaints the staff was not helpful getting a refund

We like that it is near the night market, near convenient stores and the train station. They don't have cold drinking water as their dispenser is not working properly.

False advertisment with the washing machine as it is not inside the room and definitely not for free. When you use the shower, it floods the whole comfort room. They also lack floor mats.

It was a great experience. The location is very near the train station and the night market. It was very comfortable and more than enough for us 5.

Probably a better common area for us to lounge. But that's okay. The price, the amenities and location is more than enough. I will stay go back and stay here. Actually we plan to return. :)

Good location, size of room, quality of the room

Great location! It's very near the main metro station (Formosa Boulevard) and also a night market. Although it's central, there was no noise, because the room was on a high floor. The room was convenient, I slept well. The wifi worked well, there's an electrical plug near the bed, the place was clean, the shower and air conditioning worked fine. The instructions sent prior to the trip were good to have to find the location, as it could have been tricky to find them otherwise.

It would be helpful if they could send the template communication messages to foreign tourists in English (or send both: Mandarin and English). Yes, we can use GoogleTranslate, but it should be considered that it is harder when you are on the go and on limited data. Also, I'd recommend adding a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Very convenient location, above LiuHe Night Market, and very near Metro station. It is very quiet though it is above the night market. The room is big. Hotel is more environmentally friendly as it didn't provide personal hygiene items like toothpaste brush, tooth paste etc.

Very close to the MRT station. Many convenience stores nearby. Very close to the night market. Allow bagage storage before check in time. Rooms are clean and well arranged. There is a living room that can be used by guest to enjoy food/drink.

Bathtub area didn’t not make sense. No shower curtain to prevent splashing of water while showering in bathtub.

The bathtub was really cool, whole bathroom is spacious. Bed was comfortable.

TV didn't turn off and was shining all the time - had to take in off the electricity. We were in the highest floor so the sound of the rain was really loud.

The hotel is right by the main subway station in Kaohsiung, which was super convenient for us. The check-in and check-out times are reasonable. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed, like towels, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and air conditioning. The bed was really comfy. Just remember, the reception is on the 10th floor.

Our room didn't have a washing machine, but there was one in the hallway that we could use until 10 at night.
