Friendly and helpful staff, hearty buffet breakfast to start your day, location was very central and easy to Uber around the city or walk to local night markets.

Rooms are a bit dark and washroom is a bit rusty around the fixtures.

The room is very clean, and has free breakfast in the morning..you can sleep comfortably, everything is complete, but the only thing missing is a toothbrush and toothpaste.

There's no free toothpaste and toothbrush unlike before that everything was complete ..

The room is so very clean at all most specially the comfort room and of course free breakfast in the morning ..and also have a unlimited swimming pool..so worth the money you pay for the room..

One thing more before the toothpaste,toothbrush is free but now its not ..hopefully this will be given for free to have more custumers because all hotels have free for this ..thank you ..just saying..

Everthing like The front desk staff was very receptive and helpful, The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, The hotel is in a great, convenient location and we were within walking distance of all popular landmarks.

The pool has limited time to use and not all electric socket are active.

wow the hotel is good .but currently the pool is not available when were chek-in, but the hotel is clean and compy walking distance to nigth market.will come back again? hopefully nextime the pool is availabe and clean .

Cleanliness was the reason I canceled my second night and rebooked myself at the FULLON POSHTEL.

The staff are very accommodating . The facilities are very clean . And i like the most is the swimming fool in the rooftop ?

It is near the train station and the Liouhe Night Market.

Our room’s aircondition was not cold enough even we set it on the lowest temperature.

It’s nice that the hotel has flexible staff especially for Filipinos for ease of communication.

We were not able to use the swimming pool. The tiles were slippery because of the moss. It seems that cleaning was not conducted frequently.

there's a clog on our faucet but the staff help us to unclogged it....the swimming pool has a lot of dried leaves and it's look like a little messy but we enjoyed swimming after a while.

We booked a room with 1 queen bed(for couple) but they gave us room with 2 single bed. Check in time is 3:00 but the room is not yet okay, so we have to wait for almost 1hour ? The swimming pool is dirty..

The tree house is a cool stay in a busy part of Kaohsiung. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk from the central Formosa Boulevard station, and 5 mins walk from the green line. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment options nearby, including one of the biggest night markets in Kaohsiung, all within a 10 minute walking radius.The rooms are a good size, clean and staff are very friendly. There are laundry facilities onsite, which are quite convenient and competitively priced against the Laundromat outside, without requiring you to stick around on site.The rooftop swimming pool is cool and stays open until the fairly late hour of 10 pm. When we were there it wasn't really used much, so it was a nice quiet spot to cool off in the intense heat of the day.Breakfast wasn't bad, offering mostly Taiwanese fare, along with some western options and cereal with milk.

The hotel has gotten quite old and seems on the verge of needing renovations (stayed June 2025). While everything is clean, it certainly shows its age in, for example, bathroom fixtures.We stayed in the room with the so-called 'Terrace' option - no window; this was something of a bizarre concept to me. The terrace in question was made out of an area beneath the stairwell in the main lobby area, meaning you can see and hear other guests and staff as they walked past. This space was connected to the room with a glass door with curtains, as if this cupboard under the stairs would be a balcony. It's a decent enough place to plop your suitcase down or dry clothes, but I find it funny they chose this, uh, design rather than just to expand the room slightly.

It is safe and comfortable especially for a solo traveller. The room is spacious and the food is❤️

the breakfast, but the noddles or pasta has always mixed with pork. this is my third time to book in TreeHouse. I already suggested during my first and 2nd stayed in this hotel to put a label on the food if it has pork. But it seems they didn't read my suggestion.Anyway, I give 10/10. excellent! ❤️

I like that it has a swimming pool, which is rare for a hotel in Kaohsiung, I noticed. The staffs in the kitchen or buffet area are very friendly.

The room I was given was so dusty - You could see the dust flying through the lights. I had a hard time throughout my stay considering that I have allergic rhinitis.

The tree is cool, and the rooftop pool is fun
