Kiwi Express Hotel – Jiuru

The shower had a full thing of cleansing milk, and thank goodness. How often are you traveling and you say to yourself, 'I need to be cleansed, but I have no milk.' What a relief I didn't need to worry about cleansing milk on this trip. Y'know what they say, why by the cleansing cow if you can get the cleansing milk for free.

I felt like the shower nozzle was impossible to point in exactly the right direction, I'm not sure there's really anything they can do about that and I don't hold it against them.

The breakfast is good. And the staff is accomodating.

Honestly, our room is the one why im dissapointed. The aircondionair is not working properly so we use electricfan the whole day.. and also the cleanliness of facility is not good. Some wall they need to repair or repaint so it looks clean.

The ac was stuck on 26 and wouldn't change. It wasn't very clean an believe there was black mold in the shower.

The facilities and the whole building is really old and broken. Needs to be renovated. RoomSmelled strong like old smoke

A room and the bed for extremely economical-concerned people.

The cigarette smell and the terrible body odor in the room. Smelled like someone left the sweaty unwashed clothes after a big basketball game inside the room. When we told the hotel staff about the problem they just gave us an air purifier. Then that’s it. And the smell never got away even with an air purifier……

This hotel has very comfortable matresses. Rooms are clean and cozy while corridors look run down and dirty.

The corridors are run down and old. Nit all rooms are quiet.

The size of the room was great. I found the restroom with a separate divider from the shower to be convenient, as it prevented our belongings from getting wet and reduced the risk of slipping hazards.

The condition of the carpet, walls, and bedding were subpar, showing signs of wear and overdue replacement. On the first night, my son developed hives after playing in the kids playroom. I believe the hotel hasn't cleaned or disinfected the area. Despite no-smoking signs, there was a persistent smell of smoke in the rooms and hallway, suggesting inadequate enforcement. Additionally, construction disrupted our stay, and the staff's attitude towards resolving the issue was unsatisfactory. Overall, my expectations for the hotel weren't that high to begin with but unfortunately, they were not met, leaving us greatly disappointed.

I like that that the location is convenient from the event center where i attended our convention. The front desk staff are very informative and helpful, they recommended us where to eat,

The language barrier and even i hang up a "please clean the room" sign on the doorknob, the housekeeper doesn't clean it. all good though.

Unclean, the decor was poor, the room felt dirty, it smelt of cigarettes, it was very noisy, there was a cockroach in the sink

Not very convenient location, small rooms, old and not very clean hotel

Location was good and the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good too, overall a fair price for a night.

The sink is in the room is really weird, and the humidity in the room is not easy to scatter.

It was clean, modern, simple and nice, DIY laundry, free coffe and water, luggage soStorage for a couple of days when we went to other town and returned to stay another night...

Reception staff need some more professional training. Check In time is 16:00...

The location of the hotel was great, and very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel included a water re-filler and coffee machine, which I thought was great!

The pictures of the hotel room on the website did somewhat match the real life experience; however, it did not look as clean as it was advertised. On the shower curtains had mold and some of the finishes in the room seemed worn out.

The lights in the room are too dimmed. Difficult to put make up or see one's face.

The room and bathroom is clean, and spacious for 4 of us. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Each room has its own wifi, service is fast. It’s at convenient location with park, 7-11 and bus/ train stop nearby and free bikes for rental. Staff is friendly and supportive, we were asking for extra two blankets at night and received them right away. Free snacks and coffee at lobby. Free bottles of water in the room. The hotel will reimburse $100 ntd for parking per night.

There’s no enough bike for everyone, hopefully the hotel can set up rules to make sure people need to return it daily. The instructions in the room said there’s gym at B1, but when we check it out there’s none.The light in the room isn’t bright enough even after we turn on all the switches.

I love the comfort and location of this hotel. Staff is very friendly,too.

The price for Saturday night is almost 3 times higher tgen for Friday night. Charging 3000 NT for Saturday night in this hotel is far too high.

The room is goid size for a short stat, beds are very comfortable.

The lights in the room are too dimmed (not beight enough). Impossible to put any make up. It would be helpful to have at least one brighter light.Also there is no tea or coffee in a room.

I love the location. Bed is very comfortable, very good shower. This time I had a room on a quite side so I slept very well.

On this visit I liked everything.
